Dear Citizen,

It should be considered a monumental achievement when people demonstrative their drive and resolve in voicing their concerns about the arrogance of the aristocracy. People who exhibit such selflessness exhibit the qualities needed to reform such a corrupt,arbitrary and defective legal system. The laws that govern people are way too important to be left up to the attorneys. When this happens, manipulation, abuses, exploitation and ruthlessness become the norm and not the exception.

This nation was founded on self-government by the people who exhibited self-discipline. It was not built by the parasitic status quo who reserved the authority for themselves to decide who is entitled to what rights. This double standard is not only not a component in the creation of America’s ideals. It is what destroyed the Roman Empire, Nazi Germany, Yugoslavia, and the former Soviet Union. As a constitutional republic, people have the responsibility to stand up for what is right even it is not in their personal short-term self-interest. All the people who concerned themselves with this issue do just that. They must be commended for this assumption of responsibility.

Hundreds of millions of Americans are confronted with a legal system full to the brim of inequities.There has to be a long war in bringing about much-needed reforms to restore the common sense, humanity and Americanism in the legal process that made the United States distinct.Freedom is not free and Americans do not need to be in foreign country wielding a machine gun in order to fight for freedom.

When people working in unison,they can make the difference.The People must continue to apply pressure to see to it that the people of authority bestowed by us are held accountable for their deeds. Americans therefore must hold themselves to a higher degree of accountability.They must not compromise on principle even if it would be more convenient for them to do so. “Greasing” an attorney/lobbyist and succumbing to intimidation by allowing the onerous legal system to extort money are no longer acceptable. Some principles are not worth breaking regardless of magnitude and consequence.

Every American should consistently try to keep abreast on relevant developments and should call and write their elected officials and newspaper to express their views. All our problems are interrelated and all must participate to some extent if this vicious cycle is to be stemmed. American businesses,its employees,the police and even government are being stifled and contaminated by this outrage.Parasites prey on ignorance and self-indulgence to divide and conquer. Americans must hope to possess strong character in order to resist such tyranny.

"Mahatma" Gandhi never said that all or even most of the 50,000 Britishers that ruled India were bad or amoral. He only decried that their rule was bad and amoral. He expressed that the British were "Masters In Our Own Home" and it was time they left India.

The same is true for BAR Attorneys. By their illegal takeover of the American legal system and by their illegal occupation of office, they have become "Master In Our Own Home". It is time they left.

The Line-Item veto was finally given to the President after elected congresspeople passed it. The Federal Employees Credit Union Files suit, hoping a judge will overturn it.

In California, proposition 187, is passed by an overwhelming majority of its citizens. It was a referendum denying taxpayer funded benefits to people who are in this nation illegally. So what? A judge overturns it immediately due to special interests pressure.

In Alabama,Justice Mark Kennedy overturned laws placing caps on punitive damages because it was unpopular with the trial attorneys who argued their cases before him despite the fact most Alabamians held these laws in high regard.

The Supreme Court struck down a meaningful law that would have established a limit on what any prospective federal legislative, executive and judgeship candidate could spend on his or her campaign. They declare this law is a violation of the Free Speech Amendment even though these prospects seek a public office with public responsibility.

This “Judicial activism” is paralyzing the government and is paralyzing America. On the pretext of Constitution protectionism, many judges (State and Federal) are wielding veto power in such a promiscuous fashion that they are acting as monarchs. In reality, their actions are destroying the very principles of democracy on which this nation was formed. This process insulta the intelligence and integrity of the average, hardworking voter as it deprives them of their rights and gives too much power to the Courts,lawyers,lobbyists and to the big corporations who can afford these “mouthpieces” in legislative, executive and judicial halls of government.

The U.S Constitution does not give power for federal courts to make laws or dictate policy to either government or private agencies. However, this is taking place now, as outrageous amounts of money, are being awarded. Marginal lawbreakers and perpetrators of victimless crimes are being punished severely and violent offenders and criminals who injure people by committing massive theft and fraud receive light sentences.

Many federal and state judges have seized too much power at the working people’s expense. It is costing America in terms of tax dollars, public safety and personal freedoms. One glaring example of this waste was the $100 million spent of taxpayers' dollars on the Rodney King civil rights matter.

It is simply no wonder that our laws are no longer black and white,that they are instead voluminous,nebulous and therefore meaningless.The rule of the law has now given in to the rule of the lawyers.State judges who run for office receive huge campaign contributions from the trial lawyers who argue their cases in their presence.Other state judges who do not have to seek direct election are reconfirmed by the Bar Association.Federal judges are appointed for life.In any set up, judges are not accountable to the general public.

The incentive is too great for judges to cater to the interests of the few as Middle America shoulders this burden.

The only way for productive Americans to stem this rot is to contact their elected officials and tell them to support reconfirmation of judges by elected officials only at least once every ten years. All are urged to call 1-202-224-3121 and voice their support for H.J. Resolution 63, which proposes to do just that. More importantly, urgency is required by people to support campaign finance reform and H.R 2566. This rot originates from the present campaign finance system.

This letter has been written to garner support for true campaign finance reform. The way campaigns are financed presently is polluting the political system, destroying representative government, and is giving undue power to the lawyers, lobbyists, bureaucrats, union management, corporate executives, and other special interests. It is not possible for this nation to achieve much needed and overdue reforms in this legal and healthcare systems without limits on what people can contribute directly to campaigns. A common argument given by opponents of true campaign finance reform is that spending limits and limits on contributions to political campaigns are an infringement to free speech, which is stipulated in the First Amendment of the Constitution. While many people who advocate this point do not have ulterior motives, this position is often maintained as a guise and trojan horse to preserve the present corrupt atatus quo, which now and has been growing at a alarming rate for the last ten years.

True freedom of one person or group of people can never come at the expense of others and vice versa. Freedom does not mean freedom to do wrong. The freedom to buy government for gain (personal or ideological)is wrong. This exercise of power is not practicing freedom. It prevents equal access to government by other groups and individuals.

A constitutional government’s chief trademark is the one-man vote concept. This is the very foundation on which this nation was founded and the Bill of Rights framed. People,regardless of wealth and background,should voice their rights and responsibilities at the ballot box. Government should not be subject to the marketplace unlike free markets and enterprise. Government is a social responsibility and should not auctioned off to the highest bidder seeking public office. The three branches of government is a public responsibility and it should not be handled by capitalists in the private sector. Mammoth contributions to political campaigns are merely investments or to put it bluntly, bribes. While capitalism works best in all economic activity, socialism should prevail in government as government should treat all equally.

Everybody in society feels they are entitled to free goods from government. The question that is often asked is, “Does government owe its citizens a job, housing, health care, education, pensions and other goods and services?” The answer should be a resounding no.

Does that mean government owes nothing to its citizens? The answer to that is obviously no.Therefore,“What does government owe its citizens and residents?” The correct answer is very simple.

In the Declaration of Independence, it is clearly stated that citizens have the right to life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Translation:All fundamental and basic rights must be afforded to all citizens of this nation in the same manner and in equal proportion. While this sounds elementary, these principles are abided by too infrequently. Preferred justice is no justice at all.

People look to government to be the provider of numerous services termed social responsibilities. Government should be to society as a referee is to a group of athletes. The referee is a neutral impartial body who, after being appointed by the participants (or its representatives), makes sure that all tights of all participants are protected in full and that no participant violates the rights of another participant. The referee does not engage in the sport. The referee does not take into consideration the records, background, wealth, ace, education, religion, accomplishments, age and stature of any person participating in a sporting event. If the referee takes these factors into consideration, the result of this is that preferential treatment or discrimination is meted out to a participant. An action like this destroys the integrity of the game.No player and his or her representative negotiates with the referee. The referee cannot be used or manipulated by any force. The rulings of the referee are binding to all who engage in that sporting event. The referee has to keep things in proper perspective in order for the game to flow in a smooth, efficient and proper manner.While the referee may not be perfect,that person is best suited,as deemed by the participants,to enforce rules agreed to by every one. Government needs to be understood in this analogous context.

The only social responsibility that should be in existence is total protection of the inalienable rights of its people. People should have their rights protected without having to spend any out-of-pocket money. That should be the primary reason why people should pay taxes. It is simply ridiculous that people spend enormous amounts extra on a service that government should provide for free. Why should justice be so expensive? After all, the rights of the individual become hardly
inalienable when there is a price tag on it. While capitalism and free markets are the best systems in the provision of goods and services, the provision of justice is a social responsibility and should never be influence by capital. Justice should never be a marketable item.

Tyranny of the status quo is causing the gap between rich and poor to widen at a rapid pace. The nation was not built by a few percent of the population. It rather was built on the backs on the vast majority of its citizenry who committed hard, productive work and took risks to cater to the legitimate needs of the public. Yet the incentive for people to practice free enterprise is on the verge of disintegration into non-existence. Government has created and preserved the status quo (elitism without merit) in several ways. One way has been through higher education.

While other developed nations and developing nations are training its residents to be scientists,technicians,tradespeople and engineers,this nation is training its people to either be non-productive or marginally productive. While other nations are training its people to make its pie grow bigger and thus serve its citizenry better, America is continuing to provide incentive for people to divide its pie into small pieces, therefore providing tyranny into the lives of the working,risk-taking, productive people. The United States size of government is now bigger than China’s, the last major communist nation, as percentage of gross national budget. This nation now has 1.2 million attorneys,a staggering increase considering it has only has 350,000 lawyers in 1970. The insurance industry, whose principles are based on socialism, is now the largest nationally.

The United states has trained too many marginalists(Accountants,financial advisors, and tax accountants)who do very little to contribute to its creation of wealth. Government interference has enforced the status quo and has protected the incumbency (At the expense of the American worker,consumer and business person) by unnecessarily increasing educational and licensing requirements to practice a profession, trade, and business. Because these requirements are irrelevant in the actual practice of profession, trade and business, it prevents many qualified people from engaging in the field of their choice due to time and financial constraints. Lack of competition, due to force implemented by government, hurts the consumer by inflating the purchase price of goods and services as well as lowering its quality. The health care industry is a prime example of this.

The only real solution is to first ban attorneys and lobbyists from office. The medical, insurance, lawyer and other special interest lobbyists have drowned out the voice of the average productive American. It is time to end same-hands governance!

The Glorification Of Attorneys By Media Must Cease-By Harsha Sankar

In my view, it is time for the media to quit glorifying attorneys and quit giving them so much prominence. The Roanoke times gives so much coverage to attorneys that one could possibly arrive at the conclusion that the establishment is owned by a law firm.

CNN has now a new show in its lineup, Burden of Proof. There are at least a couple new law shows on syndicated television this fall. Television was already saturated with these shows.

If all this is not enough, the media in addition always provides detailed information on the O.J Simpson trial as a form of entertainment. The intent of this letter is not to bash lawyers. It is simply trying to state that people who take advantage of the system and benefit due to its deficiencies should not receive such profile and acclaim. The average hardworking productive American instead should receive credit that is deservedly his or hers. These people, however, unglamorous their work may be, made this nation great by engaging in free enterprise and by satisfying the true needs of their fellow man. The media often overlooks the importance of the working, productive and entrepreneurial people and fail to give them due appreciation. Amends need to be made.

Governor George Allen has proved to be an ambitious administrator in his first year in office. He has proposed radical changes that will revamp and restructure the role of state government and how it is funded. However,Governor Allen has demonstrated the inability to prioritize and put things in perspective. He also has shown he lacks understanding on how wealth is created and on what government’s role in society should be.

Governor Allen’s initiatives and proposals can be summed up in two ways:

1) He wants to cut social services and aid in order to provide tax cuts.

2) He wants to deregulate business and reduce the power of government agencies that regulate it.

While the second initiative is essential for the creation of economic opportunities, the first will present obstacles in the path of empowerment and social mobility. Moreover, even though it is widely agreed that big government is regressive, for anyone to simply cut services (even though inefficiently administrated) benefiting the needy just to provide tax relief to high–income people (regardless of whether they are productive) is inhumane. Although the Governor is correct to eliminate or decrease funding for pork-barrel projects, his plan to reduce aid to the disenfranchised without tackling the waste government produces in the private sector will only cause deep resentment and class warfare.

Government has two domestic requirements it needs to fulfill in society. One of those is the provision of a safety net so that people in strife will have access to the bare necessities.

The other is total,unequivocal,and equal protection of the basic rights of Virginians. Reforming the legal system which enables the parasitic forces in society to drain vast amounts of capital from productive Virginians should instead be a top item on the Governor’s agenda. Governor Allen’s constituents spend in excess of three billion dollars annually in lawyer fees alone. That figure itself exceeds the amount of tax revenue collected by this Commonwealth yearly. This dollar figure also represents the amount of money Virginians are blackmailed by its three branches of government to pay lawyers in order to avoid punishment or forfeiture of their basic rights. That is where the true welfare lies. The amount of money spent to assist the economically deprived (even though yielding a low rate of return) pales in comparison to the figure just quoted.

If Governor Allen would just take necessary steps to assist his constituents in obtaining justice without having to foot such an expensive bill, these actions alone would truly reform the welfare system. People would not need welfare because the abundance of new capital that would be available for investment (instead of currently being sucked up) would expand enormously the rate of productivity and economic growth. This would give Virginians the opportunities they deserve.

Governor Allen must come to the realization that people afflicted with poverty are not the cause of poverty, but rather are the victims instead. The answer to this strife is legal reform.

THIS NATION’S legal system needs reforming. It’s slow, expensive and inaccessible to many, and too often it’s corrupt and unjust. The main reason for this breakdown is that lawyers are allowed to shape the legal system to serve their own purposes instead of the public’s needs. More than 100 million who have legal problems cannot afford to hire an attorney. Here are some reasons why Americans have inadequate access to the legal system:

1. Many laws are hard to find and even harder to understand.
2. Lawyers’ hourly fees are about 10 times the average person’s hourly wage.
3. Judges and court clerks are generally hostile to self-help efforts. Because
of this, easy-to-use forms and procedures are rare.
4. Many legal procedures (house sales probating an estate, settling divorces,
etc.) are unnecessary and serve only to generate lawyers’ income.
5. Non-lawyers who compete with lawyers by providing high-quality, low-cost
legal-form-preparation services are punished as criminals.

The legal system’s real tragedy is that it hurts those it’s supposed to help and doesn’t punish those who commit wrongs on others.

One example of the gross inadequacies of our legal system is our tort system. Thousands of seriously injured victims don’t receive fair compensation, while a relative few are overcompensated tremendously.However, trial lawyers block any attempts at much-needed reform because the present system is so lucrative for them. They have so much control over state and federal legislatures, through connections, campaign contributions, etc., that they prevent well-meaning politicians from doing what’s right.

Another example is divorce. Instead of a process that helps people to separate with dignity, lawyers manage to convert people’s pain into billable hours for themselves.

Justice, the cure, should never be worse than injustice, the disease.This nation’s rapidly reaching the point just described.

It’s outrageous for people, businesses and large corporations to spend $100 to $300 an hour to have their inalienable rights interpreted, advocated and protected. The enormous sum of money that’s wasted could be put to productive use to satisfy a legitimate need. Lawyers don’t to anything that’s considered productive, and anyone who can speak is capable to advocating their claims.

Our once-proud system of law that systematically ensured justice for all is now at a serious crossroads. Lawyers are mainly the ones benefiting form this miserable muddle. The legal system’s purpose should be to serve the public, not make lawyers wealthy. The only way the public would truly be served is for this nation’s laws to be clear-cut and simple so that people can have their freedom.

Ushering The Police State Via Military-By Harsha Sankar

As the rolls of the Bar Association attorneys continue to swell, one can continue to expect more oppressive and repressive legislation to be enacted that continue to deprive more and more Americans of their rights.

The U.S. Senate is expecting to pass S.1867, which is the National Defense Authorization Act. This bill gives policing power to the Department of Defense.The military can

1. Indefinitely detain American citizens and lawful resident aliens throughout the globe, including on American soil itself. There need not be a speedy trial and Habeas Corpus is suspended.

2. Engage in police work on American soil. This effectively repeals Posse Comitatus.

This could be quite reminiscent of the Stalinist Soviet Union or Nazi Germany where a knock on the door in the middle of the night meant that the person taken by the military was often never seen again. This measure’s detention principles are similar to the ones that sent innocent Japanese-Americans into concentration camps during WW II.

This bill has already been passed in the House of Representatives with nary a whimper by a 322-96 vote.

Senators Lindsey Graham(R-SC) and Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) state that America is part of the battlefield and this bill is necessary. This bill is over 600 pages long and is an attorneys' boon. It is totally unfocused, directionless, and wide-ranging. Only the attorney profession will be allowed to give it substance on an ad hoc basis.

Those are well-connected within the legal system may not have fear of this bill.However, most who are approached by the military, under the banner of this law, must be the most apprehensive.

This bill, because of the lobbyist setup of rules and standards of protocols in Congress, is not even a stand-alone bill. The Senate Armed Services Committee brought this as part of the military authorization bill. It should be the subject of its own bill.

Now is the time of Americans to galvanize the support of the local police and of the military to support a constitutional amendment calling for the ban of same-hands governance. The presence of attorneys in office is unwarranted and is highly destructive to representative governance.

Our present Tort system, to put it simply, is a major factor in destroying America’s ability to compete as well as in reducing the standard of living for the working person. Our present Tort System contributes heavily in certain areas. It artificially inflates the prices of goods and services, therefore making it unaffordable to many. It boosts insurance premiums substantially, which has contributed to the health-care crisis America suffers from.It prevents many beneficial goods and services from being offered to the general public simply because its provision incurs too much liability in being exposed to frivolous and costly lawsuits. (The small aircraft industry has been nearly eliminated because of liability suits.) It also decreases the incentive for companies to be creative and do long- term research on possible inventions and life–saving cures because it is no longer economical.

Moreover,it soaks large and small businesses in excess of $300 billion a year,therefore not only making the creators of jobs less viable, but also decreasing the amount of money they pay its workers as well as decreasing the number of jobs they create.(California has lost 650,000 jobs due solely to wrongful termination suits.)Our Tort System punishes shareholders and investors because the valuable money they have placed at risk yields a significantly lower return because of it.

People are encouraged to file frivolous suits in order to receive enormous amounts of compensation because of our Tort System. At the same time, it has prevented many people from receiving fair compensation. While this system is extremely lucrative to lawyers, (attorneys pocket one-third of the money awarded to victims in a lawsuit. In asbestos and other related suits, attorneys pocket two-thirds of the money awarded. Accident attorneys alone net $ 10 billion dollars annually) it is extremely hard to keep any company in existence (lawsuit abuse costs every person who never even has had contact with a attorney $510 a year).

It is extremely unjust that any person who creates wealth, is productive, and works for a living is blackmailed by our government to allow this extortion to take place. It is also unfair that when an accident or faulty action takes place, millions of people who had nothing to do with the incident are penalized just to subsidize the fortunes of lawyers who represent the victims. By making everybody pay in economic terms, rather than punishing the people through the criminal process who are directly responsible for the major infractions, encourages irresponsibility. A corporation has no soul to be damned and no conscience to be repentant. A little jail time for the people culpable of the crime will do much to establish an effective deterrent.

Reform of the Tort System will never take place as long as there is honoraria and private financing of campaigns of candidates to public office. The American Trial Lawyer Association donated $204 million in the 1992 election cycle. Their influence is so far-ranging in congress that all comprehensive legal reform bills were never allowed to come to vote. ATLA (along with other special interest groups) is a major reason why 58 of American senators and almost half of the House Members on the federal level are lawyers. Special interests have filled state and local legislatures with attorneys.It is time for American citizens to force the government that represents them to enact measures necessary to reform our Tort System.

America,Not Unlike The Roman Empire, Will Be Destroyed From Within-(A Harsha Sankar Article)

SOME DISPARAGING racial remarks were made by a few Texaco Officials, and its company now pays $176 million.While answers are being sought,why do Americans tolerate this lawsuit outrage?

While racial slurs are idiotic and reflect the ignorance of those using them, how conceivable is it that these immature statements be quantified to the tune of $176 million? When will we restore humanity, decency, common sense and dignity that our once-respectable legal system sorely lacks?When will we put an end to the outrageous actions of these self righteous parasite special-interest advocates and the lawyers who manipulate the system to fulfill their greed? Only when hard-working, productive America wakes up and reclaims what is rightfully theirs Otherwise, these abuses will be more severe and more frequent.

Rev.Jesse Jackson is a divisive opportunist who, along with Kwaise Mfume and handful of lawyers, is trying to capitalize.

Do they care that the small businesspeople who operate wholesale and retail stations and those working for them will pay the cost of the settlement? Does Jackson realize the lawyers will get more then one-third of the settlement for their fees? Is he aware his actions will promote more racial tensions?

Do not punish the majority to reward the few. Working-class whites already resent being punished by affirmative-action quotas and discrimination lawsuits.

It’s interesting to compare the philosophy, maturity and ideals of Jackson with that of Nelson Mandela, prime minister of the new democracy of South Africa. Mandela was imprisoned and tortured, yet he invited his jailers to his inauguration in an attempt to bury the evils of apartheid and display unity and universal franchise so that all South Africans would have a better future. However, Jackson exploits the plight of blacks for his own financial and political purposes. A millionaire made by contributors to the Rainbow coalition, he is incessantly fomenting conflict and the philosophy of entitlement. The victim mentality he preaches and fosters among minorities harm their efforts to assimilate with and contribute to society.

What is troublesome is that a significant minority of Americans have allowed their tolerance to turn into apathy.They continue not to be intolerant of gross inequities and absurdities. This nation, just like the Roman Empire, will be destroyed from within. While panic isn’t a solution,if there is no sense of urgency now, there will be no hope to reverse the downward trend that is destroying our prosperity and values.

The uproar symbolized by the Wall Street protests is legitimate.The following proves as such.

1. Wall Street banks and hedge funds created the enormous demand for high-risk mortgages to turn into Ponzi-like gambling structures.
2. Manipulated rating agencies gave AAA ratings to fraudulent instruments. When insolvency took place, 8 million working people lost their jobs.
3. Taxpayers provided trillions of dollars in cash and asset guarantees to the wealthiest bankers and hedge fund managers in the world.
4. In 2008's crash, high frequency traders made upwards of $20 billion from the turmoil. In 2010 the top hedge fund managers “earned” over $2 million an hour! The top 25 hedge fund managers took in as much as 650,000 teachers.

Wall Street now epitomizes the transfer of funds from the many to the few. It no longer empowers the average American to acquire a stake in economic activity.Due to soaring healthcare costs,people are forced to fund Wall Street investments through the purchase of insurance policies.Due to costly litigation,regulations,and taxation, a medical monopoly has been created to help hold Americans hostage.

There is currently much debate in Washington, D.C and throughout the nation pertaining to Medicare. It has become a political football for our politicians. This tug-of-war match taking place in Washington has escaped the logic and comprehension of the majority of Americans. A common sensible approach should be taken in regards to dealing with Medicare.

Medicare, quite frankly, is a failure. It sets a classic example that government cannot play a proper role in making investments. Medicare serves 37 million beneficiaries, spends over 175 billion dollars annually and now accounts for more than 11 percent of the entire federal budget. One hundred billion dollars is robbed from this system. That is 11.5 million dollars an hour that is stolen from mandatory taxpayer funded Medicare due to waste and fraud. The present director of the FBI reports that even organized crime rings and drug kingpins are now in the act of implementing fraudulent schemes to siphon Medicare’s hard-earned funds. The risks for the mob are considerably lower in getting caught than in their other nefarious enterprises.

Other perpetrators include a significant minority of unscrupulous health care practitioners, administrators, health-care companies, and equipment suppliers who take full advantage of the present system through fee-gouging, unethical medical and billing practices. When everyone pays for it, no one cares. This concept holds true for issuance of payment by private insurance companies as well.

Even though 3 percent of all payroll is this nation funds Medicare, is it any wonder that this system faces bankruptcy by 2002? The simplest means to solve this Medicare and also the healthcare crises would be the adoption of tax-free Medical Savings Accounts. MSA’s would offer people the choice of securing their own tax-free accounts for medical expenses. Contributions to Medicare by employees and their employers could be deposited in that account. Money not spent on medical expenses could be rolled over and person’s MSA would therefore grow.

Inexpensive high-deductible insurance would protect a person form high medical costs in the near and distant future. If a person’s MSA was not built up to his or her deductible at the time of the person’s serious illness, the insurance company or person could make the adjustments to meet the difference from future premiums and contributions.

The main purpose behind MSA’s is to establish accountability. People would spend their own money and not the government’s and insurance’s. There would be a much greater incentive to control costs by controlling spending. Additionally, MSA’s would likewise increase awareness of the fraud, waste, and abuse by making patients much more sensitive as to how their hard-earned money is spent. This would bring about much-needed reforms in medical malpractice, licensing, regulatory structure, and campaign finance. Medical PAC’s, which oppose reform, have poured over $83 million into campaigns of congressional candidates since 1983. The PAC’s are the major source of this miserable muddle.

The creation of Medical saving Accounts would save each and every individual in excess of $1,300 a year. Everybody should seize this opportunity and contact their elected representatives on the federal and state level and urge them to support his measure.

As the attorney/lobbyist revolution continues unabated,
perpetuating“sickness”of nearly all sectors at an
escalating rate and reducing Americans to dependency,
one such casualty are careers in engineering.

As America’s best college students flock to the fields
of predatory/parasitic/marginaliststudy and as too many
other students,particularly women, herd towards nursing,
engineering disciplines are not attracting interest.
Despite substantial starting salaries(new graduates
earned on average $53,170),the annual growth rate is
–2.2 percent. Even with the internet revolutionizing
lifestyles, computer science accounts for just 3.8
percent of bachelor’s degrees conferred and their
annual growth rate is –0.6 percent.

While China and India graduate more than half a million
engineers and scientists annually, the total number of
graduates in America is only 60,000.

The preceding is one big reason why

1) America has not built one refinery since 1976

2) America has not built one nuclear plant since 2000

3) From 2000-2005, not a single manufacturing payroll
classification created a single new job.

4) USA has lost approximately 42,400 factories and 32
percent of manufacturing jobs since 2000. In 1959,
manufacturing represented 28 percent of economic output.
In 2008, it represented 11.5 percent.

5) Manufacturing employment in the U.S. computer
industry is lower in 2010 than it was in 1975.

6) America's trade deficit with China increased 300 percent
in last ten years,which could cause eventually the loss of a
million jobs this year alone.Half a trillion yearly leave America
due to trade deficit.

7) Intel CEO Paul Otellini stated it costs $1 billion more per
factory for Intel to build, equip, and operate a semiconductor
manufacturing facility in the United States.

8) 75% of all corporate profits increase in third quarter 2010
went to financial institutions that workers bailed out with tax
dollars rather than manufacturing and other productive sectors.

As productive people,small businesses, and small investors are
in dire straights,real estate and foreclosure "law" has become
a very lucrative field for the unconstitutional BAR. So many Americans
have been forced to take on a second mortgage just to pay their
attorney. Either the ransom money is paid or homes will be lost.

Solely blaming attorneys and the bureaucracy is a cop-out. However,
it is the systems that their rule,dictates,and fiat has set up
that is to blame.The healthcare system, the financial markets
system, and the education system are all predicated on the
legal system. They all deserve an F for failing the American people.

Americans lost their prosperity when they lost their freedoms.
Americans lost their freedoms when they allowed Sociopathic
Shysterism to overrun their nation. There is no mention of
attorney or even lawyer in the Declaration of Independence
or the US or state constitutions. Yet Americans have allowed
themselves to be degraded to such abject submission.

Yet Americans continue to vote for the illegal BAR
attorneys as politicians. It is simply the case of not
seeing the forest because the trees block visibility.

Tweetle-dum vs.Tweetle-dee is not the answer. A myriad
of rules,regulations, and economic incentives keep
grassroots Americans from vying for office. This must change.

America society is breaking apart. Millions of people have lost their jobs and fallen into poverty. Please review the stats:

1. 43 million now receive food assistance. No European Union nation humiliates its
disadvantaged citizens in the checkout line. Yet the rolls are growing. 6 million were added over the last year.

2. The chasm between the very rich and the poor has never been this big. A distant
second in income inequality would be the Great Depression era.

3. 72 million wage earners made $ 25,000 or less per year. One third of all Americans had zero dollars in a retirement account.

4. From 1950 to 1989 the top one percent earned roughly 7 to 8 percent of national
income. Today it is close to 20 percent.

5. While 42 percent of financial wealth is controlled by 1 percent, 3 million families have lost their homes in 2009 and real unemployment is well over 20 percent.

6. The bottom 80% control only 7% of financial wealth. With as many as 600,000 jobs
evaporating monthly, how many Wal-Mart shoppers of groceries are staring at the
spectacular gains of Wall Street private equity? How many coupon cutters will be impressed by the fact that ‘Banksters” received 10 trillion dollars from Federal Government in 2009?

7. Between 1979 and 2004, the after-tax income for the top 1 percent skyrocketed
176 percent, according to the Congressional Budget Office.

The bottom 20 percent managed a 6 percent gain.

Obviously the rich over getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Anyone can arrive at that simplistic assessment. Yet when the median income for the Senate alone was an astonishing $2.38 million, how responsive will elected officials be if they are beneficiaries of a plutocratic status quo? No one begrudges anyone for becoming wealthy, provided they are freely creating wealth and value for others. Yet parasitism rules the day.

The American dream can be transitioned to living in a car with the loss of one pay check.

What America is witnessing is a common attribute of Latin America and that is the creation of a stunningly wealthy upper crust of society and the large working poor majority. The middle class and the entrepreneurial class are virtually non-existent.

So what is the solution? No one or no group should try to micromanage America
from this situation. America is headed for permanent third–world economic and social
status because America has third–world governance. While so many erroneously proclaim that cheaper labor of other nations is the culprit of America’s decline, Intel CEO Paul Otellini said 90% of additional costs is not due to higher labor rates, but from higher taxes and regulatory charges which other nations do not impose.

Same-hands governance is third world governance. Ban attorneys from office. Otherwise these obscene inequities will perpetuate cataclysmic events. One example is the Lehman Brother’s bankruptcy in September 2008. One billion dollars so far have been paid to attorneys, advisers, and bankers involved in litigation. Creditors continue to wait in the cue for their due.

BAR Imperialism is rotting the soul of America. Americans must reverse the decline.

Transparency Must Never Be Abridged-(A Harsha Sankar Article)

All events that transpire in a public court of law are public issues. Our First Amendment rights as citizens must not be abridged or discouraged in publicizing the actions of the judiciary. There was an article in the Virginian Review Opinions section which in effect read that Microsoft Corporation should not take its case to the people. (It was sued by the Justice Department for allegedly violating federal anti-trust laws.) I firmly disagree with this statement because no entity should be censored. As long as an entity is truthful in what it is advocating, any attempts for censorship would be extremely harmful to this Constitutional Republic.

Courts, as guardian of the United States Constitution, are supposed to provide rulings for the protection of citizens’ sovereign rights. People’s rights to self government and liberty must not be infringed. The United States was and should be a free and open nation. The cloak of secrecy taking place in this nation’s courts is an abomination and it must be eliminated. Judicial sessions and its transactions must never be closed to the public. All meetings between judges, prosecutors, attorneys and litigants must be made public record (The only exception to this are certain aspects in criminal cases involving a juvenile).

The judiciary is one of the three branches of government. All its actions and any pertinent discussion to any pending or potentially pending cases must be subject to public review.

Please allow me to be more specific. It is widely rumored that many judges engage in the onerous practices of:

1. Discussing cases with attorneys in private and otherwise inappropriate settings.

2. Using citizens’ chambers as a shield to have cases privately litigated and at times even excluding the litigants.

3. Tolerating discussions of facts of criminal cases by prosecutors and defense attorneys to cut deals in times and settings other than the scheduled court sessions.

The Constitutional founders devised the United States to be a democracy with a republican system of government. Checks and balances were to be processed in order for individuals to have a representative voice in government. These practices by judges contradict this and the underlying concept that legitimate government is government by the consent of the governed. These deeds symbolize judicial oligarchy and the police state. The judicial aristocracy are implicated as co-conspirators by converting the people’s court into a private arbitration center.

This represents the huge wave of judicial activism in America in which the number of attorneys has quadrupled since 1970. The more attorneys this nation has, the more the average American will be treated with contempt for his/her lack of “legal” education. Ironically, it will cost the average American more to have his/her basic rights treated with less respect by its judiciary. Lawyer judges have seemed to forgotten in this day that the court have the primary responsibility to provide justice as defined by the strict application of the law. The only responsibility any citizen litigant must possess is simple truthfulness and not education.

In a democratic republic, a person must not be allowed to attain authority over the people by birthright, by non-representative appointment, or by education. Yet we have over a million unelected attorneys and countless regulators implementing laws and regulations governing the people. This destroys self-government. Whether a system is called fascism, communism, clergyism, or lawyerism, anytime the collective will of the people is negated, for whatever reasons, only corruption and graft will result.

There have always been groups who twist the truth to serve their own purpose. These groups are not themselves productive, but they establish the rules and laws that permit them to control the groups that are productive. In this manner they achieve power and wealth. With this they buy politicians, bureaucrats, and media to further their agenda and/or to look the other way.

For men to live in peace with one another, they establish laws and voluntarily relinquish certain innate freedoms in order to make these laws work. When laws are not enforced, new laws multiply geometrically without the required result. Most new laws pass more power and wealth to those who make and enforce them. An incredible amount of lawyers have,by these laws, assured themselves of lifetime work.

In order to dissolve a marriage,the cost can be astronomical to those with a few holdings.The price seems to depend on “what the traffic can bear.” Far from helping to make an emotionally devastating event easier, the system compounds, complicates, and prolongs the proceedings so that distrust and even hate prevail where love once lived. Many people who have been involved in a dispute and turned to the legal system for help have found themselves in an endless morass of legal maneuvering that ends when the money is gone.

Delayed justice, postponed trials, minimal sentences, early parole and even increasing crime feed a system where a good policeman sees his dangerous work rewarded with release on a minuscule technicality or worse, a judge’s whim.

Honorable professions are being severely limited in their ability to provide reasonable services at reasonable prices. There is little these professions can do but comply with the huge paper work load imposed by the imperious bureaucracy.

The litany of abuses goes on and involves every segment of American life. While the concept of the “law” is correct, it is cleverly twisted to achieve the ambition of one select profession. Democracy and freedom are sweeping the nations of the world. Yet here in the first democracy, we find ourselves progressively enslaved by a profession composed of less than one-half of one percent of our people.

We first need criminal justice to make our lives safe. We do not need legal maneuvering that prolongs and weakens the process and saps the energy of the nation.

We need civil justice which will permit people to resolve their financial conflicts quickly, efficiently and in strict accordance to law. These conflicts should be based on economic loss. Big business, Big Government, and Big Media have forged an unholy alliance which has made small business the American dinosaur. One major reason why multi-national corporations have done well on Wall Street is because their competitors (family and individually owned businesses) have been squeezed ruthlessly. The only reason why high-tech has produced so many successful entrepreneurs is until recently they have been virtually untouched by high taxation,overregulations, and abusive litigation. However, this is about to change now that these parasitic forces have found new “blood” to feed on.

Our “legal-criminal-justice-system” is a failure! Everywhere there is increasing crime, overcrowded prisons, overtaxed courts, early parole, and endless litigation. Work ethics, personal responsibility, and free enterprise are being destroyed. We are being held hostage by a profession that fails our citizenry but controls our government. How can we expect an efficient and effective government when it is controlled by legislators trained in controversy and not trained in productivity and management?

The following steps should be taken.

1. Prohibit PAC, corporate, and union contributions to campaigns and political parties. Limit individual contributions to $2,000 to a campaign and $1,000 per year to a political party. Full disclosure must be provided.

2. Thoroughly de-license the legal profession.

3. All advocates in the judiciary must be phased out from the legislature,executive, and judgeships.
4. De-lawyer society through the buyout scheme and retrain them to be productive.

5. Repeal all laws, executive orders, court decisions, and Constitutional provisions that give government and courts admiralty jurisdiction (gold-fringe flag).

6. Re-confirmation of all judges by legislature for “good, competent behavior.”

7. Congress and state legislatures should be allowed to overturn any court decision with a 60 percent majority and executive consent.

We all have friends or family who are lawyers and whom we like personally. That does not mean they should run our government and our lives. We can change this chaos by not voting for lawyers and by voting for other worthy candidates.

How Americans Lost Their Rights (A Harsha Sankar Article)

Millions of Americans have wondered:

Why judges seem to have unlimited authority without accountability?
Why the regulatory agencies have encroached on people’s lives, thereby persecuting harmless non-fraudulent people and simultaneously accomplishing little?
Why the democratic process has been destroyed by special interest influence (money and lawyers)?
Why American sovereignty is being surrendered to U.N., NATO, GATT, WTO,World Bank, and other independent international bureaucracies?
Why this nation’s charter, the Constitution of the United States, has no more application?
Why every year two million more new federal regulations and 150,000 new federal laws are created when this nation is already overburdened by innumerable laws which are vague and often contradictory?
Why legal procedures (rules of court), in addition to laws and regulations, are seemingly written in indecipherable code?

Encapsulated in this letter may be the reasons why. The Bill of Rights listed the restrictions that prevented any entity from placing a lien on the unalienable Rights born to all white Americans. This was in stark contrast with England and France because in those countries the monarchy was sovereign.

The 14^th Amendment, after it was illegally ratified in 1868 through coercion, declared all Americans are subjects to the federal government and they were the beneficiaries of this Amendment created charitable trust. However, they also became responsible for the debt.

The 14^th Amendment had nothing to do with enfranchising the freed slaves. In its guise, it started the enslavement of the entire American people to government. Unalienable rights come from the Creator. Civil Rights were created by the Feds. Any entity that gives a right can take it away.

The Constitution of the United States clearly states in Article 1, Section 10 that it cannot supersede the Obligation of Contracts.The 14^th Amendment was a contract between the federal government and the Americans that, in exchange for forfeiting their unalienable rights, the people would be the recipient of government monetary entitlements (enticements) and of limited liability.

Now that the Law was on hiatus, the notorious Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913. How many Americans have wondered why Congress has no authority over the Federal Reserve Bank despite the Constitution of the United States clearly giving it sole authority to coin money and thus regulate? Although the President is ultimately responsible for the Department of Treasury, he has no control over the FRB. The Federal Reserve is not a government institution but instead is a privately controlled branch of an international banking conglomerate which monopolizes the printing of U.S. currency. Why else does the dollar bill read “Federal Reserve Note” instead of “United States Treasury Note?” The debt is owed to an international banking cartel that is pushing for one-world government. No wonder on the $1 bill it is stated in Latin “New World Order.” No government can stay representative to its people if it takes part in this scheme.

In the 1930’s, the Gold Standard was suspended and so was the law since it meant no more sovereigns among the people. Prior to this, gold owners were sovereign. President Franklin Roosevelt then issued Executive Order Trading with the Enemy Act. The enemy, unfortunately, were the American people. Since they were outside the Law, they were adversarial to the Law.

On June 5^th, 1933, HJR 192 (48 stat. 113), Americans were then unknowingly moved to public policy, the charitable trust as loosely defined by the 14^th Amendment. In 1938 the Supreme Court, in Erie Railroad vs. Thomkins, ruled laws would no longer be “de jure” set in stone. They would now be “de facto,” mutable by will, and open to very loose interpretation by the judiciary under the ‘color’ of law. This U.S. Supreme Court decision gave judges unprecedented and near absolute power in the name of justice. People were now confirmed as being chattel in as much as soldiers are to the military. Since people were now bankrupt, they had no rights. When a “person” goes to court, his or her rights are not being adjudicated. Only his/her debt with the 14^th Amendment contract is being decided. The yellow/gold fringe flag determines jurisdiction to be admiralty/maritime. The private membership Bar will delicense any lawyer if this is disclosed.

In 1939, the Buck Act was passed. This made all individual states political subdivisions of the federal government when newly bankrupt states needed money. The states lost all autonomy.

In case anyone feels he or she has ownership rights, consider the following. Why are people compelled to continue to pay real estate and car taxes? What eventually happens if person does not pay these taxes? The answers are pretty clear. The title for a person’s car is in the state capitol and the deed to any real estate is possessed by the state courthouse. Birth certificates are with the U.S. Department of Commerce and with the Department of Vital Statistics. The person’s guardians are only given a birth certificate copy.

If all this does not make sense, consider that U.S. dollars since 1933 are only a contractual IOU the taxpayer-funded Treasury Department has with the Federal Reserve. A debt can only be passed on with an IOU. It cannot be relieved.

There are tangible solutions. According to Constitutional Law that has been upheld many times, if an individual owes nothing to the State, the State cannot interfere with that individual unless injury is inflicted. The most effective solution of most immediate concern is the effective removal of all attorneys from office. Only then can the preceding issues be adequately addressed. Without the end of same-hands governance, the preceding and all other issues become moot.

A myth that the Founding Fathers were lawyers needs to be disproved (attorney Frank W.Roger III’s May 15 guest essay, “Lawyers play a vital role in protecting citizens’ freedoms”).

Alexander Hamilton was a merchant and studied medicine.James Madison did postgraduate study in theology and considered going into the ministry. John Adams was a schoolmaster; Ben Franklin was a writer, printer, publisher and scientist. George Washington was an accomplished military leader.

Thomas Jefferson, a lawyer by education, had no direct role in framing or ratifying the Constitution. However, he stated: “The question will always be the same, and that is whether we will be ruled by self-government or by a small elite.” His fears are now realized. The law is whatever lawyers want it to be.

This nation was build on Judeo-Christian values. Jesus criticized lawyers severely for making the people’s laws their enterprise,for their hypocrisy by resorting to blackmail to advance justice, and for their subversions of simple truth and justice, and for passing judgment on work they never did.

Western civilization progressed when freedom, democracy, and personal responsibility reigned free. It regressed when aristocracy dominated.

Separation Of Powers Needed Against Noiseless Thieves-By Harsha Sankar

Originally, our Founding Fathers envisioned a “Government Of The People, By The People, and For The People” that included checks and balances on government powers.

The Separation of Powers doctrine basically states that there shall be a separation between the three branches of government, i.e. executive, legislative and judiciary. Neither branch could exercise the power of the other. The Federalist Papers (86-107) state the same sentiments.

The Sixth Amendment was clear in that it expressed that people were entitled to assistance of counsel. It contradicts the notions that only lawyers are qualified to represent people and that lawyers must be substituted in place of a citizen’s right to redress grievances. It the police were only allowed to possess guns, a police state would exist. In America, we have a lawyer oligarchy.

Today the judiciary branch usurps the power of all three branches by dominating every faction of the federal and state governments. The judiciary controls all branches through the various Bar Associations, Lawyer-legislators, lawyer-governors, and lawyers that write the laws also interpret the laws often to our detriment.

In the words of President Thomas Jefferson:

“The germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the checks of one branch over the other and will become a venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated. “ Thomas Jefferson, 1821.

Self-government means democracy. This nation should be a democracy with a republic form of government and with an amendable constitution. The legal profession, in the guise of protecting individual rights, has destroyed democratic self-rule. They have severely infringed on the economic and personal freedoms of individuals as they have created a police state administrated by them.

Lawyers would have us to believe that the law should be left up to them and not the people because we as a group are not fit to govern our country. They frequently cite that democracy will lead to mobocracy and even socialism. In fact, only the reverse is true. Anarchy and tyranny exist because of elite lawyerism.

The common man, treated with contempt if he tries to exercise his unalienable Constitutional Rights by directly accessing his courts, is compelled by the lawyer-controlled government to instead seek entitlements (welfare) from it and the courts. Constantly politicians are promising people pork and economic benefits. They never promise people basic protections from property harm/theft and bodily harm by simplifying and concretizing the legal system, de-lawyering society, eliminating bribery (campaign contributions), and downsizing the parasitic, non-productive sectors of society. Too often pro-lawyer politicians pander to the emotions of some by continuing to pass laws that only deprive others of their rights. There is hardly any mention of dismantling the only monopoly (lawyer control of the judiciary), of the courts being regulated by a true citizen legislature, and of the need for judges to be bound by the law.

People must develop the self-discipline to not sell out to government (analogous to one selling his/her soul to the devil), to not allow government to divide and conquer, and instead demand government to protect our basic rights (by not profiting when others violate) and not interfere with our peaceful, non-fraudulent practices. George Washington once said “government can be a dangerous servant and fearful master.” With the explosive growth of attorneys and bureaucrats, his words are realized today.

Dear Citizen,

Judge Eldon Fallon divvied up $315 million to be paid to the plaintiffs' attorneys who worked on the litigation in the Vioxx settlement.

This sum was in addition to the more than $1.2 billion already paid to such attorneys. When that is added to the amount Merck paid to plaintiffs and for its own attorneys, the Vioxx litigation cost it more than $7 billion.

Islam has taken a central focus in many areas since 9/11. Islamic priests should not control all government and institutions in the Middle East.BAR attorneys should not dominate that here in the USA and in other nations.

In the name of enforcing a document, one can violate and pervert it. It is just a matter of picking the pills of poison.However, do citizens have to?

The word "lawyer" is harmless. Does the word "priest" threaten anyone? I think not.

Yet when the force of law and the power of politics is gained, only terror, oppression,and tyranny will triumph. There has to be a clear distinction between religion and politics.

There also has to be a clear distinction between law and politics. Isolated to themselves,the
clergy(legal or parochial) pose no threat to society. When they are mixed up in politics, they become combustible and heavy-handed.

In the name of helping people, elitist groups control people when force of law is involved.In the name of providing help, that specific help is monopolized by them. For example, in the name of providing assistance of counsel, the BAR monopolizes that and it clearly illegal for non-members to provide such. In the name of providing a "voice" for the people, professional lobbyists are shaping the laws. Since it is impossible to maintain a presence in the legislative and executive branches without having a presence in the imperial judiciary, all lobbyists groups are headed by BAR attorneys. The voice of the average citizen is drowned.

In the name of providing faith,priests in theocratic states dominate instead. Anytime anyone claims an exclusive or special domain to knowledge,ideas, and merits in any matter, liberties and rights are undermined. Progress and evolution stop because free flow of debate stop.

Tyranny always has its common denominators. Americans must be reminded of this as they reflect on the ten year anniversary of 9/11.

It appears that the next president will be decided by the “High Priests” in America's attorney-monopolized courts. How badly have America's state of affairs regressed? Rather than allowing the elected lawmakers in Florida hold an emergency session to create, change, and/or repeal a suitable law for this particular situation, Americans have to witness this critical matter handled by de facto and dictatorial judges.The People have also seen this whole election plunged into utter confusion, anarchy, and chaos by the legal profession who invariably stand to gain by raking in millions in attorney fees.

It is high time Americans realize that they live in a Bar Association dictatorship which is very similar to the communist and fascist party dictatorships in Cuba, in China, in the former Soviet Union, in Warsaw Pact nations, in Nazi Germany, in Mussolini’s Italy, in the banana republics of Latin America, and in the military dictatorships in Africa and some parts of Asia. This fact is obvious since the private “members only” bar associations totally control the judiciary and dominate both the legislative and executive branches Lawyers also control political parties, the media, corporations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Rights have been reduced to privileges due to their authoritarian rule.Lawyers and pro-lawyer politicians and bureaucrats have reduced us, The People, to serfs and second-class citizens. We are no longer deemed fit and competent to advocate the claims and the law because of our lack of “legal education.” The Founding Fathers and the American Constitution stated clearly a citizen was entitled to assistance of counsel. The definition of counsel was not limited to Court Approved Bar Association “High Priests" attorneys. Counsel meant anyone the citizen litigant deemed appropriate for any kind of help.

The people are no longer free. Things are no longer done with their approval. In fact, only the reverse is true. The People can hardly do anything without their consent (lawyers’ advice with pro-lawyers serving as accomplices in this organized crime wave.) The “Dons,” “Godfathers,” and “Goodfellows” have taken the law into their own hands by telling people, through their advice and rulings, what the law is. Unless we pay them “protection” and “ransom” money, our rights have no meaning. Discretion equals dictatorship and the law is created, interpreted, and practiced at their whims and choosing. Lawyers have put themselves on a pedestal and simultaneously belittled us as their incapable subjects and wards. The Rule of Law must replace the Rule By Lawyers. The law should be applied and supported only.

There is no question the legal profession has converted American democracy into lootocracy.

Please read the following.

1. In the Paula Jones Lawsuit against the President in which she was awarded $850,000, she received only $151,000.

2. In the 368 billion dollar tobacco settlement, attorneys received one quarter (92 billion dollars) for their “fees.”

3. In a class action lawsuit against a computer monitor manufacturer, token plaintiffs received a $13 coupon. Their lawyers received $5.8 million in fees.

The list of outranges goes on. However, the real blame for this miserable muddle lies with the people themselves. They not only have allowed this to happen, but have have tried to profit from this. Many Americans really do not care what happens to America as long as they have their social lives, fun, money, status, and reputation. Americans somehow have placed style over substance, and they wonder why trust, values, patriotism, and tolerance are tearing apart at the seams.

Look at the forty and under generation. So few of them understand the rise of Bolshevism in Russia, the rise of Hitler and his manipulative tactics, the work of George Mason and Thomas Jefferson, the American Civil War, Franklin D Roosevelt’s policies and the eventual outcome, and the reasons why communism and other non-democratic ideologies have systematically failed.

During World war II, Americans actively advertised that the key to victory was production. Through production, America became the supreme economic and military power. It is ironic now that in the last two decades the younger generation has been trained to become non-productive predatory parasitic masters,corporate bureaucrats, or financial money changing marginalists. Americans must unleash their entrepreneurial spirit, which encourages the teaching and technical professions as well as that of the independent business operator. Microsoft's Breakup Represents Judicial Dictatorship-By Harsha Sankar

Judge Thomas P. Jackson’s decision to break up Microsoft represents judicial dictatorship at its worst. There is no statutory justification for this. Unlike AT&T or Standard Oil, Microsoft is not a government-created and/or government-regulated monopoly. For one person to break up a company based on his/her interpretation (personal whim) is tyrannical and it goes against the grain of representative government in a free society.

The real losers will not be just Chairman Bill Gates, but the average investor who has an IRA, pension plan, employee stock option plan, insurance policy and even bank deposits. There are nearly a thousand mutual funds who invest in Microsoft. So, while Bill Gates’ $25 billion loss in personal worth may not bring tears to the eyes of most people, certainly the plight of tens of thousands of portfolio holders should. Many stand to lose thousands due not just to Microsoft’s loss, but also to the depreciation of the high tech sector to the tune of a trillion dollars.

What if this judge’s logic applied in basketball? The Chicago bulls would have been disbanded in 1992. They would have found guilty of predatory trade practices because they had the best player, the best small forward,the best rebounder,the best three-point shooter, the best 6^th man, and the best coach.

The entire lawsuit enriched attorneys on both sides. This is a classic case of attorneys transferring wealth unto themselves. This also demonstrates the fact that Microsoft’s “paltry” donations to politics will not give them the same “protection” that Exxon-Mobil and the like now enjoy in this era of mega-mergers.

If Judge Jackson is really concerned about the impact of monopolies, he just needs to look in the mirror. All jurists are attorneys. Even the executive branch, especially the prosecutorial offices and attorney generals’ offices,are reserved for bar association members.

As Ross Perot would say, this (judicial activism) is “going to create a huge sucking sound.” It is not going to just come from the south. Enterprises and capital are going to the nations to a much greater extent just to escape the clutches of our corrupt legal system.

People need to prioritize and place legal reform as the top set of issues. If America is strong within, it can withstand NWO pressures from abroad.

Now that it has been admitted that America is in a recession, these facts are important.

In 1990, Dr. Steve McGee of Texas University reported that each lawyer on average cost America in lost productivity one million USD's per year. The grand total of lost productivity was 20 percent of the GNP at that time. With lawyer growth rate at 4 percent a year, this grand total and percentage is now much higher.

David Levy, president of the Children’s Rights Council, stated that 30 to 40 percent of medicare costs is due to excessive lawyer–induced litigation.

In the last seven years, federal bureauancy expenditures increased 30 percent inflation-adjusted. This has led to joblessness, suppressed wages, decreased security, chaos, and the erosion of rights. Instead of government passing more interpretive laws and increasing the budget and powers of its police (e.g. FEMA), it needs to diminish the wealth-vacuuming effect created by this parasitic aristocracy. Non-economic damages in civil lawsuits must be eliminated.Judiciary -erected procedures must be abolished and instead replaced with simple procedures made by the legislative branch that does not comprise of attorneys. Efficient, economical, and uniform rule of law must be implemented to promote growth in productive jobs and wages. The WTC attacks should not be used as an excuse to usher in lawyer activism and Big Government.

Every dollar wasted by litigation and burdensome regulations creates no return on investment. On the other hand, every dollar invested by the entrepreneur would increase the standard of living of all productive people. Yet today’s government enriches attorneys and bureaucrats and causes working people to work harder than ever. It also curtails meritocratic wealth and job creation by current and potential individual/family business operators. In East Los Angeles, an individual needs 80 licenses and other clearances to start his/her own enterprises. While this is lucrative for the status quo, is it any wonder why East L.A is rocked with violence and poverty? America must convert back from its current form of fascist capitalism to free enterprise capitalism which built this nation.

Americans are at war. We cannot afford O.J. Simpson, Rodney King, Paula Jones, and Monica Lewinsky court proceedings in bringing these criminals to justice. If we do allow these kangaroo courts (created and operated by attorneys) to try these matters, it will send the wrong message. The 9-11 attacks will just be the beginning.

As more and more citizens are becoming aware of judicial deceit and jury nullification, our grand jury system needs to be fixed. Too many innocent people are being indicted and prosecuted simply because the grand juries are inadequately informed and thus they make bad findings.

The Fully informed Jury Association has made progress in that direction but they do not include Fully Informed Grand Juries in their agenda.

Unfortunately, defense lawyers support FIJA and oppose Fully Informed Grand Juries, apparently for financial reasons. No indictment means no trial and no trial means no legal fees.

We The People,not favored by the establishment and who have no financial interests in injustice other than to avoid legal extortion and persecution, must insist on Fully Informed Grand Juries. Grand juries can not only refuse to indict, they can order investigations, subpoena whomever they choose, and issue presentments ordering that indictments be drawn. FIGJ’s could put an end to the unConstitutional Confidential Informer Doctrine, to prosecutors withholding exculpatory evidence,and other crimes systematically committed by agents of government.

Bad laws are a subsidy for lawyers and other members of the judicial industry and the police state.

Attorney Profession's Ill Effects-February 2000-By Harsha Sankar

Solid evidence exists to indicate that the ill effects of the effective control by the legal profession of all government extends to every aspects of the nation’s life. Health care costs are too high and rising, public education is highly inadequate, citizens feel unsafe, litigation (frivolous and otherwise) abounds, divorced families are emotionally and financially destroyed, ethical standards in the legal profession and government are at the lowest ever and continue to drop, public apathy with respect to government is dramatically high and still rising, and the direct and indirect costs of the legal profession’s monopoly has been estimated by Steve McGee in 1990, prominent University of Texas economist, as one trillion dollars per year . The number is undoubtedly much higher today.

This reprint is one major reason why I fail to understand why the voters in the 18^th District voted nearly 3-1 for Creigh Deeds in the last election. His opponent Michael Collins, albeit an attorney, took a principled stand when he refused to take money from not just lawyer organizations but from any special interest group. This position demonstrated that his allegiance would be to the 18^th District constituents specifically, to Virginians generally, and that he would never be perceived to be involved in any conflict of loyalties and interest. He clearly stated that money and special interest lobbying is eroding the democratic process.

This letter is in no way criticizing Creigh Deeds’ personal integrity or his lawyer ethics. However, if people want the systems to be transparent, serving and protective of their individual and representation rights, then we need to hold our elected officials to higher public standards. When a prospective politician makes a major sacrifice by forgoing special interest financing, he/she deserves a chance. If that particular individual fails to fulfill expectations, then the electorate can fire him/her at the next election.

By taking money from both the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the tobacco lobby, Creigh Deeds is practicing the “Don King” maneuver. A trillion dollars invested, as opposed to this amount being currently siphoned, would bring numerous opportunities to the deserving working, entrepreneurial, and technical people in America.

While the cited statistics are correct, Walter Williams’ socialistic solutions are not (July 18 Roanoke Times commentary, “The gap keeps growing”).The attrition of wealth due to loss of liberties is the primary reason for the widening gap between the “rich” and the “poor.”

The nexus between the public and private sector has plunged the productive middle class into an unbreakable vortex by eroding grass-roots investments needed to revive the economics of main streets, the farmlands and rural America.

Economic strength is ultimately based on goods and services produced freely and not by Wall street or government.

The remedy is simple. The unshakable objective is to completely remove attorneys form public office. Same-hands governance has enabled them to maneuver and strong-arm themselves into positions of influence on the boards of nearly all institutions.

Americans value equality, unions, and social programs, but they despise communism. Americans merit production, a strong defense, law and order, and the national heritage, but loathe fascism. Plaintiffs Go To Court Devoid Of Their Rights-January 2005-By Harsha Sankar

As Tommy Denton rationalizes the extremely costly legal system in his Jan. 9 column, “So much for facts on tort reform,” Americans must know the yellow fringe flags displayed in state and federal courts is their warning that they’re entering into a foreign enclave.

It’s the same as stepping into a foreign embassy. This flag’s law rules that you’re waiving all rights outside the door.

Admiralty/maritime law is then imposed and all constitutional protections are thus suspended. The judge is now “master of the ship.”

The Manuals of Court Martial, Title 4, U.S.C 1,2 and 3 and U.S Army Regulations 840-10 codifies this status. Yet this authorization defies Article IV, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, prohibiting one state being in another state’s jurisdiction.

Very few attorneys mention this because courts restricted to the simple and written word would represent a conflict of interest, and an attorney could be barred for such revelations. Legal notices of seized property sometimes confirm that Admiralty/Maritime status of the judiciary.

Admiralty/maritime courts, while they appear the same as common law courts, confer ultimate loyalty to the court rules and to its ad hoc law and not to the U.S Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

Proponents of tort lawlessness mislead people by failing to mention that no one has even suggested limiting economic damages.

Subjugation prevails when people think they’re free.

Proliferation Of Attorneys And Their Fees Are Gravest Concern-By Harsha Sankar

As some constantly cry out for more regulations, consideration should be given to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act that governs all aspects of wage and hour workplace regulation.

Attorneys are filing claims for small sums under this provision that requires little work beyond the initial filing, and then claiming fees some times in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Many protract the litigation because the law allows them to also collect their fees from the defendants. Most use the same form for every client and are doing cut and paste jobs.

Their fee, in a quickly settled case, is often more than 10 times the amount paid to the plaintiff.

As the federal government continues to target other nations for weapons of mass destruction, the real proliferation of much graver concern is the explosion of lawyers and their fees.

This silent social revolution has caused the geometric increase of bureaucracy in health care and government, in financial capital, in education and in corporate circles.

Avarice and standard less behavior will never stay confined in the legal circle. It will metastasize infecting critical fields and, ultimately, render society helpless to its stranglehold.

The corporate media are ignoring an important issue. Harvard law professor Charles Ogletree is leading a group of lawyers who are seeking to make even more riches for themselves off Black slavery that occurred 140 years ago. They are called the Reparations Assessment Group and seek to obtain compensation for Blacks.

The professor and his greedy colleagues aren’t concerned that there are thousands of slaves in Africa because there is no money to be made off of them. Richard Scruggs (his lawyer team was awarded $92 billion in the $368 billion tobacco settlement),Dennis Sweet (whose firm received one quarter of the $400 million judgment granted against “phen-fen”) and Johnnie Cochran are co-conspirators in the effort to convert American democracy into lootocracy.

What about the thousands of black slave-owners in the South? Who is going to trace their descendants? How about studies that reveal 90 percent of Black Americans are of mixed ancestry? Will each person receive a prorated amount based on his or her lineage?

One question that will be easy to answer is which lawyers receive a fee. The private bar associations control society as much as the Nazis did in Germany and the communists do in China.

Totalitarian and authoritarian societies operate in secret. Only free democratic nations have their governments readily transparent to the people they serve and protect.

Nearly every day, The Roanoke Times publishes articles about lawsuits being settled out of court for an undisclosed and confidential monetary amount. This goes against the principle of Government For,By,And Of The People.

Once public authority is involved, then all matters need to be made public record. The people’s courts aren’t private arbitration centers.

All information about complaints against lawyers, judges, prosecutors and public officials needs to be available to the public and press. There should be no secret meetings in judges’ chambers. Closed-court sessions should be outlawed. Secretive plea bargaining and grand-jury deliberations should be banned.

This needed exposure will not happen until bar associations are de-licensed and removed from the judge-selection process. Repeal of laws governing the unauthorized practice of law (a blatant infringement of free speech) is of vital essence too.

For anyone who has the opinion that criticisms of the legal system is radical ,not reasonable, and fanatical, not fundamental, read this summary by the president’s nominee for the U.S Supreme Court and Bar Association attorney.

The American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond recognition, Federal Judge Edith Jones told Harvard Law School in February. “The Framers created a government of limited power with this understanding of the rule of law that it was dependent on transcendent religious obligation,” said Jones. She said that the business about all of the Founding Fathers being deists is ‘just wrong,’ She says they believed in ‘faith and reason’. “This is not a prescription for intolerance or narrow sectarianism,” she continued, “for unalienable rights were given by God to all our fellow citizens. Having lost sight of the moral and religious foundations of the rule of law, we are vulnerable to the destruction of our freedoms and our equality before the law and our self-respect.”

According to the judge, the first contemporary threat to the rule of law comes from within the legal system itself. “The legal aristocracy have shed their professional independence for the temptations and materialism associated with becoming businessmen. Because law has become a self-avowed business, pressure mounts to give clients the advice they want to hear and to pander to the clients’ goal through deft manipulation of the law. Adverse effects include advertising and shameless self-promotion. The legal system has also been wounded by lawyers who themselves no longer respect the rule of law. An increasingly visible and vocal number of people apparently believe that the strategic use of anger and incivility will achieve their aims. Others seem uninhibited about making misstatements to the court or their opponents or destroying or falsifying evidence,” she claimed. “When lawyers cannot be trusted to observe the fair processes essential to maintaining the rule of law, how can we expect the public to respect the process?”

Another pernicious development within the legal system is the misuse of lawsuits, according to her. “We see lawsuits wielded as weapons of revenge,” she says. “Lawsuits are brought that ultimately line the pockets of lawyers rather than their clients. The lawsuit is not the best way to achieve social justice and to think it is a seriously flawed hypothesis. There are better ways to achieve social goals than by going into court.”

Jones said that employment litigation is a particularly fertile field for this kind of abuse. Scratch the surface of the attorneys’ self-serving press releases, however, and one finds how enormously profitable social redistribution is for those lawyers who call themselves “agents of change”. Jon wonders, “What social goal is achieved by transferring millions of dollars to the lawyers, while their clients obtain coupons or token rebates?”

The second threat to the rule of law comes from government, which is encumbered with agencies that have made the law so complicated that it is difficult to decipher and often contradicts itself. “Agencies have an inherent tendency to expand their mandate,” says Jones. “Citizens left at the mercy of a selective and unpredictable agency action have little recourse.”

The Judge said ruefully, “There has been no Great Awakening in the law school classroom since those words were written.” She maintained that now it is even worse because faith and democratic processes are breaking down. Since Governor Warner(Virginia) announced severe yet necessary budget cuts,one issue he must examine are lawsuits against "government".Because of Gary Taylor's of Blacksburg's tragic death,taxpayers are at least $500,000.00 poorer and his family's attorney is at least probably $150,000.00 richer. Yet the bureaucrat(s) responsible for this tragedy will never be prosecuted for criminal negligence and/or possibly involuntary manslaughter. So much for justice and deterrence.

Governor Warner also needs to review lawyer fees for all the Commonwealth's transactions and contracts, much of which is exorbitant. Since the Governor had no choice but to cut into the muscle, he must trim the fat too. This is a must alternative to tax increases, revenue enhancers,and bond referendums.

America's healthcare system is rife with fee-gouging, fraud, concealment, and endangerment. 20 million unnecessary antibiotics are prescribed annually for viral infections,
7.5 million unnecessary medical procedures are performed, 8.9 million people are
unnecessarily hospitalized, and 800,000 iatrogenic deaths occur annually.

More than 400 billion dollars is not accounted for in the U.S. Treasury in regards to the massive lootings of US Banks and Savings and Loans(both the Bushes and Clintons have heavily partaken in this). Hundreds of billions of U.S dollars in HUD (Health and Urban Development) are unaccounted for. The Department of Defense and the Pentagon are
missing two trillion dollars.

In California,The Commission on Judicial Performance has publicly admonished a
retired judge for failing to disclose his chummy relationship with the prevailing plaintiff's attorney in a $94.5 million inverse condemnation suit. This judge also had a prior work relationship with the defendant's counsel.

Co-mingling of powers had led to the rise of an unaccountable superclass, the
Bar Association Attorneys. "Blank Check Syndrome" contagion has taken over the entire nation. Too many healthcare providers, legal professionals, government-paid
contractors, corporate executives, and others are just charging and doing what they
want. Their sole factors of motivation is money and power. There no longer is strict accounting for all work and costs. One cannot cite this without mentioning the tort system. How many times do so many people seek undocumented sums in claims? Lawsuits beat honest work and investment for honest pay.

The crux of this letter can be described in the three words-Lack Of Restraint. This only happens when standards and common sense principles fade into evaporation. Civility, trust, cost-effectiveness are dismissed as relics of another era.

As Wall Street Bankers are collecting $24 billion in annual bonuses for "shuffling paper",
1.2 million New Yorkers must decide between food or rent. At least 35 million Americans
are confronted with that same question.

It is high time both workers and management join hands and address to both politicians and to the people where the real problem lies. If skyrocketing healthcare cost issues are not resolved properly, any settlement and contract reached will only have short-lived benefits. One can mask the symptoms for only so long. The real isuue is not going away. Having Bar Association judges serving as mediators and arbitrators at $500.00 an hour will only poison the problem. Real cures cannot no longer be delayed. Factories can relocate in a lock,stock, and barrel fashion.

Massive deregulation and liberalization must commence in the private sector. Yet government and all its agents must be held to strict account. With 40,000 new lawyers being unleashed on America every year, it will be impossible to restrain the despotism of "blank
check syndrome" unless there are checks and balances.

Co-mingling of powers in the three branches must stop. Absolute control of the judicial branch by a private group must end. This has to be the message jointly expressed by all Americans.

The message to the People. Quit thinking just about the box and start thinking outside
the box.

Born in the harsh Arabian desert, he was orphaned in his early youth and was raised by his uncle. He met a Christian monk as a pre-teen. It is claimed this monk foresaw this youth's future.

As he grew in adulthood, he became a trader and shepherd. However, he became dissatisfied and then sought the solitude of caves and mountains for reflection. At age 40,he claimed to receive a revelation from the angel Gabriel. After a three year pause, he began advocating the premises that "God is One" and "Complete Surrender to God."

Now a firm proponent of monotheism, he canvassed a terrain throughout the city of Mecca,converting people into a new faith. Most of his supporters were either relatives of big merchants, foreigners, and/or the disenfranchised. Nearly all were looking for a unifying and well-defined faith.

As his outcry against idol worship and other religious customs became more intense, the focus against him by the authorities became more oppressive. Many followers left for Ethiopia.

At age 50, he again had miraculous visions and journeys,which are known as the Isra and Mi'raj. It is claimed that Gabriel allowed him to tour heaven and hell.It also allowed him to supposedly speak with Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. He then declared that he was the last in the succession of the messengers of God.

Along with cousin Ali (propagator of the Shiite movement), friend Abu Bakr (propagator of the Sunni movement), and adopted son Zaid, the public preaching escalated. With the death of his uncle and wife, the repression of him and the new converts became severe. In 622, he secretly fled in the dead of night. This later would be regarded as the historic flight from Mecca to Medina.

He then authored the Constitution of Medina,establishing Medina as the first Muslim state. He catered to those persecuted by warlike leaders,gaining many converts amongst the pagans.

Tensions between the Meccans and the Muslim community reached high levels. In the Battle of Badr, the new religious leader emerged victorious. He consolidated power in Medina and his opposition became less resistant.

He left Mecca as a refugee. He later came back a conqueror. After warring for many years, his army took that city without shedding blood.

From a businessman/merchant to a preacher to a warlord, his community now ruled most of Arabia as a result of his many successful military expeditions.Based on his last vision, he commanded the Hajj Pilgrimage to commemorate his triumph over Mecca.

This man's name was Muhammad. The religion he either prophesied or has been accused of inventing was Islam. The compilation of verses he released became the Koran. While the Bible's New Testament is a loose compilation by the twelve apostles of Jesus, the Koran is very direct. It is regarded as the Word Of God.

The definition of Islam is submission. With 1.5 billion adherents, it is the second largest religion. Interestingly,Muhammad is buried next to an empty tomb that Muslims believe awaits Jesus.

California, Here We Come! Maybe, Not So Fast.

That used to be the mantra for some many entrepreneurs from the time of the 1849 Gold Rush. California, the Golden State, was made golden because of entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurship attracted the world-class talent and innovators that made it the hub of entertainment and hardware/software.

Now, what is California attracting now? So many attorneys have landed in that state from the east coast to ply their trade. The following are some other things that judicial/BAR promiscuity promotes in California.

1.Highest sales and income tax
2.Most lavish entitlements
3.Near-worst public schools
4.Largest number of illegal aliens
5.Rapidly shrinking manufacturing base
6.Attorney/Lobbyist environmental policy that restricts commence without consumption.

Productive citizens, plagued by burdensome regulations and litigation, have been driven not just out of that state but also out of the nation as well. Unfortunately,the reverberations of special interest domination are cascading nationwide. What does monopolistic BAR Rule produce? Monopolies in all other sectors, particularly health care.

Monopolies are formed to remove competition. Competition is a free–market mechanism that allows people to decide which business and financial models work best. Too many potential entrepreneurs are squeezed out before they find an opportunity to present good ideas. The fundamental right of individuals to choose, when denied, reduces him/her to that of mindless consumers. The people become sheep and are just fit to go “bah,bah”.

Lack of competition erodes economic quality

1. In 1979, there were 61 American companies that earned a top-level credit rating
from Moody’s. Today, there are only four.

2. In many U.S Cities, the “real” unemployment rate is over 30%.

3. In 2009 alone, 4 million more Americans became poor. 21 percent of all children
now live below the poverty line.

4. In the 2000’s, the United States ranked last among 40 nations in terms of global innovation based competitiveness in information technology.

5.43% of American families spend more then they earn each year. Personal bankruptcies have doubled in the past decade.

6. 22.5% of all residential mortgages are in negative equity.

7. In 1995, credit card debt was $300 billion. Now that debt exceeds a $trillion.

Poverty breeds dysfunctionalities. Lack of competition erodes quality of social indicators.

1.The state of California spends more (11%) on the penal system that on higher education.

2.42 million Americans cannot read, write or perform simple math. Another 50 million Americans cannot read past the 4th grade level. The total of the last two cited figures is 30% of the populace. With 1.2 million teens a year leaving school unable to read or write, the illiteracy figure will only grow.

3. The Pentagon spends more money on war (52 cents of all tax dollars) than all 50 states spend combined. This is a throw back to the Nazi/Communist era and to medieval times. Wars were waged on the backs from the poorer strata of society. Money was spent lavishly to conquer while citizens' cries for opportunity and bread fell on deaf ears. Throughout the land, police and fire departments are being slashed.

4.The American Indians (Native Americans) were the fiercest and independent people on earth. When they were conquered, they were domiciled to dependency and despondency. With one-sixth of Americans now enrolled in federal anti-poverty programs, can the same not be said about the People?

Ineffective and oppressive legal systems are the root cause of such degradation. The socio-economic model of “Queen Bee, Workerbee” is due of the evils of the existence of aristocracy. The BAR is the most monopolistic, racketeering and influenced corrupt union on earth. It,along with the evil creature from Jekyll Island,the Federal Reserve, must be dissolved.

1.60 million Americans receive Social Security, SSI or SSD
2.Over 40 million receive food stamps
3.There are 22 million government employees in the USA
4.There are only 18 million employees in manufacturing
5.As 2007 began, there were just over a million Americans that had been unemployed for half a year or longer. In 2011, that figure is now six million.
6.40 percent of all U.S doctors plan to quit practicing in the next three years.
7.In 1998, the USA had 25 percent of the world’s high-tech export market and China had
just 10 percent. In 2008, the USA had 15 percent and China’s share reached 20 percent.
8.25 percent of bridges are overburdened or need repair.

Joblessness,despair and non-competitiveness have become endemic because the rule of law no longer exists. Nearly 2 million attorneys and over 80,000 DC lobbyists have seen to that. It is just not just their sheer size that is worrisome. It is their outrageous practices that is becoming more standardless by the day that is troublesome.

Federal Reserve is the primary tool of the new financial oligarchy because of the lack of accountability that is bred by this. The ultimate banking clearing house with zero oversight from the people still holds over $2 trillion on its balance.

No rule of law does not just mean lack of accountability and oversight. It also means wholesale prostitution of public authority.Did the Founding Fathers envision that electioneering would be so costly, with even local races consuming many millions? No wonder America is descending into a plutocracy with the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. Meg Whitman spent $160 million in her failed efforts to become California’s governor. Michael Bloomberg spent $102 million to win third term as New York mayor.

No rule of law encourages fraud.The total cash losses in the Bernie Madoff scandal is roughly $20 billion.So many claimants are willing to trade for quarter of their losses just so that they can recover something. High administrative legal fees and arbitrary distribution of proceeds are key factors for this willingness.

No rule of law means attorney opportunism as usual.Due to Dodds-Frank legislation, regulators have the authority to award attorneys up to 30% of sanctions.Many law firms cannot expand fast enough as companies have no choice but to hire additional attorneys so they are in compliance with the onerous law and also to negotiate contracts with banks.

Please keep in mind that no value or substance is created by any of this kleptocratic and wealth-devouring endeavors. Rather,the Dodds-Frank law, in the name of fighting corruption in the financial sector,creates a far larger black hole of legal corruption.

What is the best place to start in remedying this plight? When the same group who advocate the law also make,administer, or adjudge the law,the descent into anarchy comes to fruition.Lines become blurred and paralysis and chaos occurs.For anyone to assume that over 99% of the population are too dumb and are not fit to make and/or apply the law is simply not right.

American people should no longer be willing to accept vote fraud simply because “both sides do it”. Vote fraud is a crime regardless. It robs Americans of the government that was voted for. It has become rampant as it was promoted by many voting drive groups.

There were many cases of ballots exceeding votes legitimately cast. The following are examples of misdeeds that transpired this past election.

When votes were cast for one candidate in Boulder City, Nebraska, the touch screen machine was already pre-set for another candidate.
In New Bern, North Carolina, Sam Laughinghouse claimed he pushed the button twice to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed that all Democrats were checked.
The return address of 250 absentee ballot applications is 1238 North Avenue, which happens to be a vacant lot.
In Illinois and perhaps numerous other states, military personnel overseas were “accidentally” denied the right to vote since deadlines were missed. Apparently the DOJ will not pursue any punitive action.
In Connecticut, a “Sanctuary City” issued thousand of ID’s accepted for voter registration, allowing illegal aliens to possibly elect the governor.

Reports of voter fraud have become endemic. There needs to be an end to software driven elections. Perhaps paper ballots or a vote count based on adding machine technology, coupled with grassroots verification, is the solution. In any event, objective investigations need to be launched into the vote gathering tactics in every city or county where the ballots in the ballot boxes exceed the number of votes legitimately cast, where properly registered voters were not allowed to cast votes, where pre-punched ballots were issued, or where any kind of vote fraud took place.

To curtail the wholesale manipulation of the electoral system, the prohibition of the wholesale manipulation of the legal system is in order. Transparency, uniformity, and clarity are a must. Ban attorneys from office.

The land of the free has been transformed into a socialized Big Brother nanny state, with the attorney-lobbyist regime in charge. The nation oozes with official corruption and with the biggest debt ever.

It is heartbreaking to watch America slowly die. 600,000 jobs are evaporating per month.

Three million families lost their homes in 2009. While economic statistics are dire, what is most notable are the comparisons to China.

1. Americans have been taught from the cradle that “U.S is Number One”. Yet China by next decade will have the world’s largest economy. By 2040,China’s economy will be three times larger than America’s if current trends continue.

2. In the 2000’s, America’s trade deficit with China skyrocketed nearly 300 percent.

3. In 1985, the yearly trade deficit between the two nations was $6million. Now it is over $300 billion per annum.

4. Today, the United States spends about $3.90 on Chinese goods for every $1.00 that China spends on U.S goods This is unbelievable!

5. America had been the leading consumer of energy on the globe for the last century until summer 2010. China now is.

6. China could be the global leader in patent filings by next year.

7. China is now the Number One producer on earth of wind and solar power.

8. China is now the Number One supplier of components that are critical to U.S defense systems. What a source for blackmail?

9. China now has the world’s fastest train and the world’s biggest high speed rail network

10. China now possesses the fastest supercomputer on the entire globe.

11.China controls currently over 90 percent of the total global supply of rare earth elements.

12. China’s biggest export to America is computer equipment. America’s biggest export to energy-starved China in 2010 was “Scrap and Trash”.

No doubt about it. China’s rapid rise and America’s dramatic decline will cause global imbalances on unparalleled levels. The U.S is in serious danger of being surpassed by China. Both Russia and China have announced they will quit using the US dollar when they trade with each other. This will have
devastating effects on the purchasing power of working Americans.

Obviously America must regain its top spot in manufacturing. Since 2000, 10% of middle class jobs have vanished. Despite America having more than double the population than in 1940, the nation now employs about the same number of people in industry.

While 1.2 billion cell phones were sold globally in 2008, zero and “zilch” were made in America.

What is the cultural revolution that is the root behind the rot?

2300 page Financial Reform Law has helped spawn a burgeoning cottage industry for parasitic law firms, lobbyists and consultants.They are rapidly stepping up to solicit potential whistleblowers and negotiate contracts with mega banks. Law firms cannot expand fast enough.

2.Attorneys claimed $877,000 of a $900,000 sexual abuse settlement against the Roman Catholic Church.

3.In September 2010, 83 Wal-Mart workers received an average of $2542.00 each in a class-action settlement. How much do their attorneys want? $ 2.57 million!

4.Large banks, hedge funds and private investors hungry for new and lucrative opportunities are bankrolling other people’s lawsuits.Hundreds of millions of dollars are being pumped into medical malpractice claims, divorce battles and class actions against corporations, all in the hope of sharing huge potential winnings.

It is plain as day that the expanded role of the attorney–lobbyist profession is reducing America to beggar status. Decades of their subversion, culminating with the elevation of nearly all power positions by them, has assaulted daily American liberties, prosperity, culture and security.

It must be always remembered that most work done by the non-productive political/ruling class is meaningless and unnecessary. Every cent spent on something that is predatory yields on investment of zero if not negative return. Yes, advocates do indeed have its place in society. Restricted, limited and standardized,
people who provide “assistance of counsel” can have its desired effect.However, when boundaries are exceeded,

1.In 2000, USA was ranked number one in average wealth per adult. In 2010, USA is seventh.

2. USA has lost approximately 42,400 factories and 32 percent of manufacturing jobs since 2000. In 1959, manufacturing represented 28 percent of economic output. In 2008, it represented 11.5 percent.

3. Manufacturing employment in the U.S. computer industry is lower in 2010 than it was in 1975.

4. In 1980, the United States imported 37 percent of its oil. Now its 60 percent.

5.America's trade deficit with China increased 300 percent in last ten years,which could cause eventually the loss a million jobs this year alone.Half a trillion yearly leave America due to trade deficit.

6. 15 year olds do not rank in the top half of all advanced nations in math or science literacy.

7. The United States has the third worst poverty rate among the advanced nations.

Less government,respect for property and financial rights, and a relatively stable and consistent legal environment allowed America to become the wealthiest nation on earth. Yet malgovernance demonstrates hostility for free markets, private property, and the rule
of law. Capital formation, entrepreneurship, credit, and wealth accumulation are now uniformly discouraged.

There is no bigger testament to this than environmentalist lobbyists. One way Americans foot the bill is at the pump. For decades, the US has been prohibited from drilling for oil containing billions of barrels of oil. Yet China, Cuba, Canada, and others continue to drill from those same places, such as oil fields fifty miles from Key West, Florida. ANWR, in Alaska, has estimated capacity of a million barrels a day. However, it is barred from development.

According to Minerals Management Service and Bureau Of Land Management has 139 billion barrels of recoverable oil. Of the 279 million acres of federal land with "potential oil and natural gas resources",60 percent is off limits. 23 percent is open to restrictive leases. The remainder is open to oil drilling on the same terms as private land.

EPA’s convoluted rules, such as mandating the production and sale of fifteen unique ‘boutique’ fuel blends throughout the nation, has stretched U.S. refinery capacity too thin. Slightest refinery issues cause severe

supply difficulties and price hikes.

Not one refinery has been built since 1976. Not one nuclear plant has been built in a decade. All development is frozen due to higher taxes and to interpretive regulations. As world oil demand grows exponentially, Americans should rely much less on foreign oil sources.

Lobbying law firms must be limited. Ban all judicial, legislative, and executive lobbyists from office.

Clinton’s son-in-law get a high paying job with bankster supreme GoldmanSachs. Bush’s family’s jobs in controlled media and with the banks, S&L and with foreign lobbyists is proof that Republican/Democrat matter not. The Carlyle Group, which both President Bushes belong too, is a totally assetless company that offer no products for sale. Yet they are in lucrative world of manipulating armament deals. This obviously violates not just American sovereignty, but that of other nations.

Michelle Obama has a royal entourage costing tens of millions.The Clintons, Palin, Cheney, Gore, and even Laura Bush all get up front multi-million dollar book deals from an increasingly controlled book industry.

A few weeks after the April 20^th Oil disaster, attorneys across the nation have filed nearly 300 lawsuits against so many parties for damages. Cases have even been filed on behalf of the oil coated fish and birds.

While birds and fish cannot directly benefit for dollar damages, American people know who will and can. Will those aboard the rig and will those whose livelihoods are threatened by the slick receive immediate compensation for all economic losses?

The Exxon Valdez matter took 20 years to resolve. People received five to ten percent of they lost. Is there any idea on who received the lion share of settlement? 37 of the 64 federal judges in districts where most lawsuits are pending have ties to energy related industries. It is apparent that there will be much “home cooking” during the proceedings.

What is the role of law firms that do the lobbying in this environmental debacle?

Since January 2008, British Petroleum lobbyists have spent $30 million to manipulate legislation. BP, in the first quarter of 2010, hired at least 27 lobbyists who worked in congress or the executive branch. The revolving door of public service to private enrichment is spinning so fast, BP pockets these parasites like “nickels and dimes”. It is reported that good government officials are hard pressed to name a comparable organization with as much clout as BP.

BP has in-house lobbyists and recently hired seven prominent law firms to lobby its legislative interests. BP just spent nearly four million dollars this quarter alone.

One lobbying firm, the Podesta group, will use its unmatched, undemocratic, and corrupt power to prevent any BP official from serving jail time.

The oil company’s cadre of hired guns will have a captive audience with their former colleagues. Just take a look at the corrupt conflicts of interest that surround Mineral Management Service (MMS), which supposedly oversees offshore drilling.

MMS receives billions of dollars a year in royalties from the industries it is supposed to regulate. Employees of MMS and Big Oil constantly switch sides.

A new report questions whether MMS inspectors failed to enforce safety and other standards on the drillings. MMS rig inspectors had even allowed industry representatives to write reports in pencil, with inspectors writing them over in ink.

Why did not MMS require that Big Oil install secondary blowout presenters on oil rigs, as other countries have? The fact that oil rig inspectors receive gifts from oil companies is one reason. Also the fact that President Obama was the top recipient of BP campaign contributions over the past 20 years is another.

It is obvious that the system created by the treasonous and non-democratic elements of government has caught grassroots America in a political and economic vise.

Nothing is black and white anymore. All are shades of gray. This overlapping and co-mingling of functions of the governmental and legal systems has lead to social upheaval.

Masses of economically deprived, socially dislocated, and politically disenfranchised people are not good for the nation.

The only starting-point remedy to stop all these predators from continuing to run the system for their own parochial benefit is to ban attorneys from office, to stop the judiciary from being controlled by a private elitist and internationally affiliated group, and to limit the legal profession to its proper role. One in five Americans is “laid off”, underemployed, or simply not working. One in eight mortgages is in default of foreclosure. Today, one in eight Americans is on food stamps. More than 120,000 families are filing for bankruptcy every month. The economic crisis has eliminated over $5 trillion from pensions and savings. Ten million homeowners are facing homelessness.

In the 1960’s, median family income, adjusted for inflation, rose 33%. In the 2000’s, it rose just 1.6% as families were spending twice as much, adjusted for inflation, on mortgages than a generation ago. Families are also spending twice as much for healthcare. They are now spending all income and savings to barely stay afloat. One bad diagnosis, one punitive legal action, or one pink slip will push millions over the cliff. Hard work and productive skills are no longer guarantors for economic viability. Tens of millions of once-secure middle class families now live paycheck to paycheck. Decent retirement is just a dream.

So obviously the middle class is being squeezed. Many have benefited and prospered at their expense. Boring and simple banking, once possible with a boring and simple legal system, has given way to “creative” banking. The financial industry generates many billions in fees. This is only made possible by deceptive terms buried in the fine print of incomprehensible and opaque contracts. Shysteristic banking is only due to a shysteristic legal system.

Homelessness has become common phenomenon because of this.

1. Environmental groups have filed more than 3,300 suits. Every single suit seeks attorney fees and many have charged $650 per hour. While federal law usually limits attorney fees to $125 an hour, these environmental attorneys have received $37 million from federal taxpayers. These monies had nothing to do with environmental protection.

2. For hardly any work which involved several hearings, Acorn and its allies received $450,000 in attorney’s fees from Missouri taxpayers

3. A 9/11 settlement up to $657.5 million to more than 10,000 ground zero rescue and recovery workers will be decided by attorneys and attorney judges. It will not be decided by lawmakers.

4. In another typical lawsuit for money against the pharmaceutical industry, Pfizer was held liable for its marketing of its epilepsy drug neurontin.$142 million in damages were awarded despite the fact the plaintiff offered no testimony from any physician claiming he/she would not have prescribed the medication had they known better.

The voices of reason and restraint are today being drowned by the BAR. Americans are driven to distractions by the omnipresent,”omniscient” and omnipotent legal profession. 1. The private BAR associations' regulatory authority should be transferred to state government agencies that have no attorneys. These government agencies, while recognizing the independence of the legal profession and judiciary from executive whims, still have to enforce all applicable laws that regiment it. For people to be free, those who work with the law and its force must be regulated.

2. Laws, passed by a non-attorney legislature and enforced by the executive branches' agency, should define fee structures(consultation, hearings,etc.), treatment of client, presentation, and paperwork recording. Attorneys' fees is an indirect form of taxation.

3. All laws restricting assistance of counsel should be repealed. The initial definition of UPL is the proclamation of attorney-status when one is not.

The presence of attorneys in office makes the once-respected legal profession into vile and promiscuous mercenaries, as evidenced by this severe fee-gouging. Government controls more aspects of American life than ever. Last year, the federal government ate $3.52 trillion out of a $13.2 trillion GDP. The 2009 budget deficit tripled over 2008. Public debt, 40.8 percent of GDP in 2008, will double by 2019. This past year 4.1 million Americans have lost their jobs. The number of unemployed that received no economic benefits increased 50% in just the last two years. There are as well many tens of millions of “underemployed” Americans. "No Longer Searching For Jobs" category has been growing by nearly half a million every month for the last year.

In December 2007 there were 1.7 unemployed worker for every job opening. Now it is 6.1 unemployed workers for every job opening.

Six million Americans,one in 50 people, are living on $100 or $200 a month in food stamps. Food stamps are now given to over 10% of the population. One-third of America's children live in such abject poverty that qualify for such.

36 million Americans struggle with hunger,including 13 million children. Many are not dysfunctional or derelicts. Most come from working families.

Such a social catastrophe underscores the indifference of the predatory ruling class. Those 'Marie Antoinette' pretenders,speculators, and non-productive predators hoard wealth while too many Americans eat improperly and too many Vets are homeless.

1.4 million Americans went into bankruptcy last year, over a 30% jump from 2008. 60% of the people receive more government assistance than they pay in taxes. The unemployment rates for those living in households earning $20,000.00 or less ranges from 19.1%-30.8%. In many cities poverty rates are 30% plus.

Poverty grew at twice the rate of U.S. population growth from 2000 – 2008. An eye-popping 91.6 million Americans live no higher than twice the poverty base line.

Wall Street shysters will be paying themselves $146 billion in bonuses just after they soaked taxpayers of $700 billion in stimulus money. Divide the bonus money by 20,000 and it averages $7.3 million per individual.

In 2009, 13,741 registered lobbyists spent $3.47 billion lobbying Congress and federal agencies. That’s an increase of $1.7 billion over the year before.

The dramatic transfer of wealth and power away from citizens and small businesses
and into the hands of government and the law is taking place. Americans are witnessing the beginnings of a profound transformation of America's economic and governmental system.

There are so many reasons and factors for this plight. Yet there is only one source. That is BAR Occupied Government.What group originates the lack of profitability and viability for all businesses? No longer limited to their proper modest role, attorney/lobbyists have become the new commissars. They do not create wealth or value. 1. Senator Ben Nelson won a provision exempting his state from paying usual costs for the new Medicaid program. It will cost taxpayers 100 million.

2. Senator Mary Landrieu won an extra $300 million in extra spending in exchange for her vote.

3. Senator Carl Levin received a $7 billion tax reprieve for his state's insurance companies for his vote.

4. Senator Chris Dodd received a no-strings-attached $100 million kickback for the University of Connecticut for his crucial support

5. Senator Bernie Sanders quickly dismissed his "concerns" after $10 billion grant for community health centers.

This is just the "tip of the iceberg" in pet corrupt bribes.This is not normal politicking. These misappropriations are wholesale violations of current statutes and codes. Yet elected officials will do this with impunity because the shyster legal sytem will not hold them accountable.

This newly enacted HC legislation marks a new dawn in the annals of America. These draconian measures are due to BAR imperialism. With insurance coverage now mandatory, cost-effectiveness and quality will be eroded significantly from its already low levels. The notion that a uniform federal bar exam,as proposed by the National Conference of Bar Examiners,would better protect the public is foolhardy. It will be subjective and graded in secrecy.

All law school curriculum is arbitrary. Students are not taught the law is how it reads.Rather they are indoctrinated that have the "skills" to decide law on a case by case basis.They learn that case law(judicial decisions) and procedures are supreme even though the judiciary has no Constitutional authority to make law or to treat procedure as such.

The practice of law cannot be licensed by any state and is an occupation of common right,
according to two U.S. Supreme Court decisions. Certificates from state supreme courts only authorizes the practice of law on behalf of court wards, infants, and persons of unsound mind. The "State Bar" Card is not a license but a "Union dues cards" from a private,professional
association. The initial definition of Unauthorized Practice of Law is the proclamation of attorney-status when one is not. UPL laws were not supposed to restrict assistance of counsel.

The role of attorney is the same as public notary, which is the maintenance of integrity in assisting courts call "balls and strikes". No one goes to a game to see the umpire. The judiciary is the umpire. It is not supposed to be a participant. Therefore, the attorney is not supposed to be a personality. He confirms, with total objectivity, impartiality, and uniformity that his client's actions and claims are in compliance with the law.

Attorneys are bonded to certify that all statements made to the courts are truthful,relevant, and free from personal prejudices. Attorneys are not there for their "knowledge,talent, or skills".
Those qualities are just code words to justify their oppression of the people. There really should not be any educational requirements, which only promotes aristocratic elitism and exclusivity at the expense of merit. Becoming a registered attorney should be as simple as obtaining a driver's license and voter card as well as filing corporation papers.

An attorney has a unique role. Their first duty has to be to the laws governing protocol for the courts. So obviously they will be deemed as "officers of the courts." However, they should also
be expected to work for and answer to the client they represent. People have to be protected from abuse and fraud.

Unlike a bureaucratic inspector, whose sole authority figure is the "State", and unlike a private sector provider, who answers only to his consumer, an attorney has to work for both.

Attorneys should have a few but enforceable laws to follow. Written are some of those few.
1. There must be a clear attempt to resolve disputes prior to litigation.
2. The institution of a lawsuit is a declaration to the court that the plaintiff's intent is to try all
allegations completely. Unfortunately too many "shysters" file suit just to gather information, to extort settlements, or to gouge clients.
3.The client is entitled to a consultation and case review for which an official opinion is submitted.
4. The client is entitled to documented, focused and good faith efforts, based on documented good faith advice,according to established and reasonable expectations.
5. An attorney cannot have a personal or financial stake in a case nor have a relationship with the client and the case outside that attorney-client relationship.

Unfortunately, corrupt conflicts of interest are abound, especially with attorneys muscling their way into many key positions in society.

Attorneys should be held to the same light as a religious preacher or as a counselor.It is all about integrity,objectivity, and uniformity. It is really about nothing else. Attorneys should have the highest ethical standards of all professions, trades, and fields. Presently they have the lowest.

Attorneys have a proper role in society. Yet their numbers and scope must be significantly reduced for that to happen. The Labeling Of Emotional Strife Is A Sign Of Totalitarianism-By Harsha Sankar

Police and psychiatric ward's incidents brings to light the dark side of mental health treatment, psychiatric abuse.

Labeling should not occur. Psychotherapists are to advise, with total emphasis on privacy and anonymity, how to cope with and rebound from temporary difficulties. Labels contradict this and the Hippocratic Oath. Helping people with their plight, instead of taking advantage, is in order.

Legal system involvement in mental health is prelude to psychiatric abuse. All should be treated alike with an individual’s emotional well-being regarded as outside all legal confines. All partnerships between law enforcement and “mental health” organizations should be abolished. Therapists heal. Law enforcement punishes.

Many who sought assistance for distress have instead received toxic drugging and other degrading treatment. This is despicable because vulnerable people are adversely affected. Labeling “pour salts on wounds”. People in unfortunate circumstances should not be stigmatized as “mentally ill”.

The following should be adhered to strictly.

1. If an individual sees a therapist, all interactions are to take place in the confines of that therapist's office during the appointed times only. If a patient needs "emergency care", that patient can admit himself/herself into the proper facilities without that doctor's involvement. In another words, hospitalizing a patient after consultations is a prohibitive practice.

2. The therapists' relationship with all patients should be a strictly arms-length, completely detached doctor-patient relationship and that too during appointed times only. Patient's problems can never be the doctor's problem, otherwise objectivity and professional integrity would be compromised in providing the best advice possible.

3. The therapist is not to have any association with the patient's immediate family members,unless it is doctor-patient.

4. All interactions between therapist and patient stays between therapist and patient.Unless specifically authorized, certain specific information can be released to third-party sources at the patient's consent. With the exception of these rare cases, the therapist is not to discuss about the patient to anyone.

5. Other than secretary/receptionist and other necessary billing personnel, the identity of the patient is never to be divulged.

6. All fees and services should be firmly established from the onset.

7. All advice provided by the therapist should be rooted with seriousness and credibility based on his/her expertise. Therefore, a doctor should be prohibited from significantly changing the initial required prescription of medicine. Experimentation will expose the patient to unwarranted harm. If the patient is not satisfied with the prescription of medicine, then that patient should be advised to consult another doctor.

With attorneys in all government branches, the lawyer-lobbyist regime reduces the FDA as puppets to the pharmaceutical industry as psychiatry PAC’s constantly expand their territory. Psychiatric abuse will endure.

Why does America need these legal actions when jobs and wealth are evaporating?

Do lawsuits for vast non-documented monetary sums over non-economic loss transform America from a constitutional republic to a caste-like society headed by attorneys?

Do this and similar legal actions have a corrupting influence on society, as the mantra of “wealth without work” is perpetuated?

Moreover, do these measures create disincentives for Americans to do productive work and operate small businesses?

Do money–driven lawsuits encourage unethical conflicts of interest as significant financial and personal stakes are entertained?

Is promiscuity and lack of adherence to established standards bred as the principle of law is constantly derailed?

Finally, does this makes the judiciary, government’s “passive branch”, imperial as it is given unlimited power?

Judicial imperialism is terrorism, and it affects Americans far more than Al–Queda ever

Who are America's real enemies? Is it the Russian or Chinese? Or is it the Taliban or other Islamofascists? Or is it the MNC's or world governing bodies?

Easing the embargo with Cuba means bloodstains on Obama’s hands.

Khrushchev stated communism was never about one-man rule. Yet half century later, Castro’s rule represent ugly perversions of socialism. Communism evolved as monarchies and colonialism waned, emphasizing people’s access to government. However, Castro has enslaved Cuba. He has been the biggest imperialist in the Western Hemisphere. His government owns all the land, housing and businesses.

Castro had tens of thousands executed. Many more were jailed and tortured. Cubans once had economic freedom on the once prosperous island. While grinding poverty, illiteracy, vast and bribery existed, Castro’s policies destroyed meritocratic social mobility. Those loyal to “The Revolution” are those rewarded instead on that island prison.

Slaves and prisoners are provided jobs, housing, food and healthcare. So how can anyone justify the Cuban regime?

Fought for freedom. Settled for power. Castro may live modestly. Khomeini,Hitler, Stalin, and Mao has ascetic habits as well. Tyrants, particularly mass murderers, are often puritanical.

In Texas, alphabet federal agencies are hunting for guns, one house at a time. Senator Lautenberg plans on introducing legislation that would give attorney general the discretion
to ban one million citizens from purchasing guns at sales by placing them on terror watch lists.The House of Representatives passed a bill that will make America $9.4 trillion poorer
and destroy over a million jobs. However it enables the "Political Class" to decide people's energy requirements. It also allows the Feds to regulate all home sales.

Federal government, already taking de facto control of the banking and automotive industries, now will control industries associated with production of carbon dioxide. That’s nearly everyone.

As the Feds are out to destroy the free enterprise healthcare system, senate bills calls for prosecution of those who refuse to buy coverage. A federal arrest warrant was issued for a mother who refused chemotherapy treatment for her son. They both opted for natural treatment instead.

When some citizens were planning to dump tea bags in a nearby waterfront to protest excessive taxation, the Environmental Protection Agency threatened them with fines.

Blog speech will now be restricted by the Federal Trade Commission.

Anyone making significant derogatory remarks via radio, TV, or internet about race, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation can be prosecuted for committing "Hate Crimes". This obviously is blatant censorship.

Three non-partisan inspector generals were fired by the White House for investigating massive misappropriation of funds by Obama’s staunch campaign contributors.

State controlled media is the now the norm. The White House threatened a media financial executive with ruination if he did not sign a certain document, which expressed the media was controlled by them. That document also cited morning "strategy" calls between the White House and press "leaders". As a result, ABC turned over its programming to the Obama regime to push socialized health care. ABC excluded opposing opinions.

H.R. 675 gives DoD's law enforcement officials the authority to execute warrants and arrests for any offense. This obviously violates the Posse Comitatus Act which bans the military from being used on American citizens.

Why are Americans tolerating this? Have we become so meek as a people that we accept this as our fate? Have we learned to be helpless and dependent? Are we to be the generation in which the American way of life has changed forever? Are we so enamored with pop culture that we surrender our rights and yet claim we are free to the outside world? America 2009 certainly does not resemble America 1969.

We Americans lost our freedoms when we lost our systems of checking and balancing our government. By allowing attorneys to occupy more than just one role in government, we have sacrificed precious liberties. The claim by any dictatorship is that people must cede power to those who wield it most effectively.

His choice of Health Czar, attorney Nancy-Ann DeParle, has pocketed $5.8 million from major medical companies in three years as a board director,despite the fact she created no wealth nor value. In addition, she was paid $471,000 as board member of Cerner, a leading developer of electronic medical records systems. Cerner it is well-positioned to gain by Obama's push to modernize medical records.

An attorney and client have an arms-length relationship so that all representations are unbiased. Attorneys should renounce decision-making authority. In the case of Virginia College Of Osteopathic Medicine, it is funded by a deceased industrialist's estate. The estate's attorney gives himself and his spouse authority to set up the facility. He then places himself and spouse on its board, annointing himself chairman. The attorney secures additional funding from an university in which he is already affiliated.

Instead of being condemned for participating in obvious unethical behaviour, he is regarded as Founder. Tax judges are supposed to disallow these practices.

$60 million spent on the Tech Carillion medical school.This pork-barrel project will not relieve S.W.Virginia of its primary physician shortage. It's just more of the same.

5. Fear of litigation and other attorney interference Yet lawyer-politicians want
to turn our entire healthcare system into one giant HMO, through new regulations
such as
a. Universal electronic medical records that can be accessed easily.
b. Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) that will be used to determine which treatments you can and cannot receive.

America already has socialist health care where nearly half of all care is already funded with
tax dollars.Prices for treatment are set by what the government is willing to pay in many cases. In other cases, payment by private insurance and HMO concerns indicate one thing.

THERE ARE PRESENTLY NO FREE MARKET PRICES OR PRACTICES IN MEDICINE,PERIOD. The US health care system, which is failing over 50 million people completely, that is the leading cause of bankruptcy, that is making US companies non-competitive, that promotes family break-ups, that exposes the vulnerable to unnecessary medical harm, and that sucks up over 18 percent of GDP while producing life expectancy and infant mortality figures that make some Third World countries look good.

Obviously the tort system generates much of the malaise. However, what is not visible is how ruling class controls all aspects of medical care from cradle to grave. The corporatocracy, sprung by attorney-lobbyist reign, have totally altered how prospective medical doctors are taught,trained, and licensed. Too often too many healthcare providers have become too autocratic in pushing chemical-based treatments when perhaps natural healing solutions were in order. A prime example is cancer treatment.

What group inspires the lack of meritorious discussion,innovation, and competitiveness? The attorney profession of course. Their illegal participation in the legislative,executive,and on the bench have allowed them to infiltrate all layers of people's lives. This has enabled this privately controlled and internationally affiliated group to transform America's Constitutional Republic
into their private fiefdom. If anyone questions the repressive control by the predatory elite, just glance at the outrageous legal fees. In a court case in Colorado, a plaintiff received one dollar. Attorneys received hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Open societies flourish because they are driven by intelligence
and information. The current legal system creates an enclave
of idiotic whimsy. At a time when Americans worry about
the decline in science and business, it is insane to sink companies
in order to line the pockets of unscrupulous attorneys.

Yet that is what is going on now. The Senate is expected to vote
on two bills that would allow workers to sue over discrimination
that allegedly happened as long as twenty years prior for
unlimited money damages, even without proof of intent.

At a time when unemployment, underemployment and improper
employment are at historic levels, these bills would expose large
and small companies to vast liabilities extending back decades.
What the economy needs now are more new business start–ups
and more hiring of workers by existing businesses. That will not
happen if bills such as these become law. The stimulation of
litigation will only signify further exodus of jobs out of the United States.

The financial problems in America is only going to get worse.
While already $350 billion has gone into the black hole of
corruption by banking executives, millions of citizens have already
lost their savings, jobs, homes, and healthcare access. Prices
are on the rise. The mortgage and financial market meltdowns
have sacrificed many at the altar of New World Order elitism.
Thousands are building “Tent Cities” and are living in cars,
RV’s, and garages throughout the nation. Entire families are
sheltering in tents with their entire possessions. There is often
no primary electricity, no plumbing, and no drainage.

Dissatisfaction is growing. America’s once mighty industrial
base is withering away. Are job riots coming to America? 250
workers at a Chicago plant stayed inside in protest. A
similar protest occurred in August at St. Louis by Chrysler
workers. There is one startling fact. According to Newsmax Magazine,
for every one engineer that is being produced by American colleges,
ten lawyers are being trained. According to US Bureau of Labor Statistics,
America will have 160,000 less engineers in 2016 than now if current trends
continue.

To meet the shortfall, America will import the technical
workforce from foreign lands. However, can they be trusted to
preserve America’s identity and heritage? They come from
countries that never valued individual liberty. So they will
view “strong governance” as a blessing rather than as enslavement.
It is the unfortunate dependence on unbridled immigration
that will permanently alter American governance.

Many people have a vague awareness that something significantly
is wrong in our nation but cannot quite put their finger on it. Even
if people know what is wrong, they do not know what to do about it.
That is why it is important for all to understand this one concept.

Barack Obama has no respect for the U.S.Constitution or rule of law.

1. His attorneys have been paid over a $million to keep his vaulted birth certificate secret. An individual has to be born in the U.S.or U.S. territory in order to serve as President.

2. He appointed an active Senator to a cabinet-level position. That clearly is prohibited.

3. He wants to hijack the census. He wants his chief of staff to have discretionary handling of the census,directly violating Constitutional restraints.

His predecessors had very little regard either. However, Bush and Bill Clinton were duds who may not have been capable of directly inflicting so much harm.

Obama is capable. The soil is fertile for his poisonous acceleration of the police state that was inaugurated in previous decades. Obama is polite and genial. He has the ability to administrate with authority and discipline without patronizing or isolating people.

Obama is a taskmaster who maintains focus on both the details and aspiring larger picture.

He is a devout family man. He always has projected a good image as he is restrained in his emotions. He displays neither haughtiness nor one-upmanship openly. One will not see him involved in childish status-posturing as he maintains a professional demeanor.

Yet this is the man who will establish aristocratic permanence to American society.There is no doubt that the government and economy is ailing. Yet his Rx will bury freedoms forever. Obama's policies may or may not eventually bring the peace and artificial prosperity. However, something will left at the door, and that is liberty. People will no longer be free to act without first considering social responsibility.

Obama's persona is charismatic and brims with self-confidence. His speeches are hypnotic. Yet his policies are demonic. Any and all remnants of free enterprise will be eradicated. The corporate/government/non-profit sectors will take over.

Leave alone the 1.5 trillion in new taxes he proposes or the 2 trillion in bail-out money he plans to spend on 9000 pork barell projects. For anyone to think that the only way to assist the ailing economy is to transfer trillions more to bureaucrats, bankers, lawyers, and politicians is really a sick joke.

Leave alone the fact Obama wants to terrorize the healthcare profession even further by opening an avalanche of lawsuits under the HIPAA act. After all, the forefront and cornerstone of tyranny and terror is judicial activism.

Green Job Corps will demand “50 hours of community service a year” for junior high and high school students — and “100 hours per year” for college students. Obama will thus bring our American youth under complete state control. Following this “gradualism", Obama plans a paramilitary youth program dubbed The Americorps in which youth from ages 14 to 24 “defend America”as an adjunct to the US military.

That's right. Obama wants a civilian national security workforce that is a million strong to "Keep America Safe". Obama does not have only self-seeking,opportunistic, and lukewarm supporters. He has followers who enthusiastically share his "socialistic" vision and agenda and believe in his strong leadership. They are relatively young, academically inclined, and rabid. Since many of them do not know what America used to be, they will not mind oppressing those whose refuse to acknowledge the supremacy of Obama's agenda.

Shades of another era. Try Germany,1933. It is not unusual for the same group to create the problem so they can eventually fix the problem.As America enter a new era of impoverishment and dispossession engineered by the international bankers and the legal profession, these elite and their minions have the audacity to call for national service. They do this to inculcate the dumbed down masses into a belief that serving them is a highly regarded American attribute.

Financial Kleptastrophe:It Is Who That Is Regulating That Is The Problem-By Harsha Sankar

As the eve of the election approaches, clarity is provided on the severe financial crisis that is crippling America.

It is really sad that too many pundits are advocating communistic
measures to handle this predicament. People must always remember that it is not over-regulation nor deregulation that is the problem. It is who that is doing the regulating and are they being properly regulated that are the two problematic issues?

The very people who were supposed to keep Wall Street honest are now the people who contributed significantly to this insolvency. Now they are the ones who will reap great rewards for their greed and incompetence. They are the biggest beneficiaries of the $700 billion bail-out.

Banksters have doled out $2 billion to federal candidates and political parties since 1989. Congresspeople who voted for the bailout received 151% more from finance, insurance, and real estate than those who voted against it. Barack Obama collected $25 million and John McCain collected $22 million for their support.

Let's analyze the funneling of taxpayer money into private hands. The U.S. Treasury estimates that only 7% of mortgages are bad. Yet politicians are clamoring for trillions for private financial institutions.That makes no sense.

The American citizen is told that is "mess" is due to low-income families having difficulty making their mortgage payments. If the bailout money was used to refinance troubled mortgages and to pay off foreclosed mortgages, the mortgage-backed securities would be made whole. Instead that money is being poured into investment banks. Not one red cent is applied to anyone's
mortgage.

The response to that is "Huh"! Can anyone be that gullible? Do the powers to be think the American people are stupid? They may not have fancy law and finance degrees but they are not blind. There are some who are fools but most will see this for what it really is: fleecing.

The major contributors to this crisis are credit default swaps and double-counting of assets. Total lawlessness due to "complex rules" has allowed this criminal fraud to take place. Yet these practices are not even discussed. The only thing implemented is the socialization of greed.

What has really allowed to American investor to be raped is this one simple fact. Most investment plans are funded by force. As healthcare costs are the leading cause of bankruptcy, most Americans have no choice but to invest in schemes that they have no control over. While their employer chooses the investment company, the investment company handles all matters without any oversight.

So what ultimately is really responsible for this kleptastrophe? BAR totalitarianism. It has propped up the legal bribing of government officials and the culture of lack of accountability.

So what entity inspires the corruption of ethics that is widespread and aggressive in all sectors? The BAR associations. Attorneys are involved in all transactions at high costs. Does this guarantee uniformity and basic standards being met? Hardly. Only the reverse is true as anything goes. As financial workers from Wall Street's top banks will receive $70 billion in 2008, 9-11 hero Rudy Guilliani announced his law firm formed a corporate task force to advise “financial institutions, private investment funds, institutional investors and other market participants” on how to spend the bail-out money.

What really is responsible for the industrial downturn that drives economic growth? The flight of capital. No investments will be made if the climate is not business-friendly. Yet the heavy, arbitrary, and corrupt hand of the BAR and feeder groups will discourage anyone (small or large,
foreign or domestic) from investing labor and capital.

It is high time the yoke BAR dominance be removed. It has traumatized the American landscape for too long. The chickens are now coming home to roost.

Genuine Reforms Cannot Come From Aristocratic Insiders

In regards to last month's article about a conviction of a Covington,Virginia auctioneer/car dealer, these following comments must be expressed.

According exclusively to newspapers articles posted on the Internet,bank board member Tommy Garten was not materially involved in the acceptance and in the deliverance of illicit money nor in the extension of loans to the other defendant in this matter, Kevin O’Brien. Garten had no involvement in O'Brien's business affairs. It appears he is being punished for expressing an opinion.

No one actually should be surprised at these brutal tactics.At least in most “Police States” throughout the world, these elements of arrant nonsense do not exist. One knows what to expect in these third-world nations. In America, no one knows when he or she is “crossing the line” until it is too late.

At least in other openly tyrannical nations,wealth is not openly a motivating factor in their police-state implementation.

There is no surprise that Garten was targeted in West Virginia, which unfortunately is known for its third-world status. He could be perceived as a moneyed interest. In addition, if one rubs the PTB the wrong way, that individual can and will be a target. Trial Judge Johnston clearly demonstrated partiality and bias by citing that Garten had previously brushed against illegal activity.For a judge to cite something that is both irrelevant, unproven, and prejudicial is clearly a violation of judicial cannons, sound jurisprudence, and the U.S. Constitution.

Many say work within the system.However,if a system is so infected with
absolutism that stand-alone merits no longer matter, then genuine reform will not come from aristocratic insiders. It must come from outside the system.Non-cooperation with something that is not just fundamentally oppressive but
basically not workable is a must. Once active collaboration with repression takes
place, all measures of reform are compromised.

This letter is not expressing what Garten did was moral or ethical.There are not sufficient facts to make a definitive conclusion.However,it should definitely not be illegal.

Judge Johnston lamented that too many bankers are solely motivated by money and cases like this give lawyers a bad name. A remark like this is analgous to the kettle calling the pot black.What about the current legal profession? Do they overall work for a higher cause or higher standards. Hardly! Rather, they collectively have the mentality,modalities, and morality of wild beasts!

It is totally hypocritical for Bar attorneys, who do and charge as they please, are
allowed to pass judgment on those who try to create wealth.

In other tyrannical nations, wealth is not openly a motivating factor in their police-state implementation. Yet people can lose a fortune in BAR-induced legal actions just for citing information.

Tales Of An Ironical And Misrepresented Historical Figure-By Harsha Sankar‏

Written is a story about an ironical and misrepresented historical figure. Born in the Georgian province of Imperial Russia, he was of Ossete stock. His father, a drunken shoemaker, and his mother were grandchildren of serfs. He was nick-named Soso.

Soso suffered from smallpox. This left him pockmarked and his limbs disfigured. At thirteen he learned Russian and he excelled in the church choir. His favourite game was “War Against Russia”.

Three years after enrolling in the seminary, he was expelled for propagating Marxism. He then joined a Georgian separatist Menshevik group. An effective organizer of worker strikes and meetings, he assisted in coordinating demonstrations. This attracted the attention of exiled Nikolai Lenin and the Tsarist Secret police. For the next 15 years he would either be a fugitive or harshly imprisoned and exiled. During that time, he was expelled from the Mensheviks, joined Lenin’s hardline Bolsheviks, and later co-founded the newspaper Pravda. He changed his name five more times to elude capture. The name he eventually settled on resembled in Russian his birth name.

Freed by the overthrow of the tsar, he would play a vital role in overthrowing the democratic, socialist Mensheviks just eight months later. As a general in the Russian Civil War, he successfully defended Tsaritsyn against the “Whites” and other troops from 14 “Capitalist” nations. That city later bore his name.

After the extremely brutal war, the former priest candidate became general Secretary of the Bolshevik, now called Communist, Party. After Lenin’s death a massive power struggle began and in 1929, he became the unofficial supreme dictator. His gradual rise to power was built on the desires of many to see the new nation stay out of foreign rebel movements and also become a military and industrial power. The man who had condemned Tsarist autocracy justified his. In his view, an indisputable leader must exist for survival of the communist regime against “western Imperialist” powers and fate mandated that he fit that role.

The one-time champion of workers’ and farm labor rights began a taxation and land control process in Ukraine. Four million died of starvation for not complying and nearly all their land was seized. The head of State, the grandson of serfs, also began the biggest enslavement in history. Tens of millions of actual or suspected opponents, many of whom skilled, were sent to slave labor factories.

When the Nazis rose to power, the Soviet regime’s fears were realized. The Nazi doctrine entailed the destruction of “Judaized Communism” and the colonization of Slavic Eastern Europe. The dictator used press glorification and terror to greatly accelerate technological advancement and industrial production. To modernize the military and eliminate growing dissent, his spy network planted false information with Nazi spies that detailed the Red Army’s plot to overthrow the government. So began the Great Terror of 1938. Hundreds of thousands were secretly executed and millions more were enslaved. Yet the deceitful, crafty manipulator had most Soviets convinced he ended the purges others caused.

In June 1941, Germany and allies launched a highly trained and equipped four-million man invasion. The Georgian appealed to Russian heritage for inspiration and motivation. Despite three-fifths of the people falling under Nazi occupation, the Red Army repelled the invaders. Eighty percent of German military killed died on the “Russian Front”.

With Germany defeated, the hardly seen and rarely heard leader focused on a new enemy, the United States of America. A new wave of American leadership emerged which was very hostile to communism. The Soviet ascetic, repressing the people more ruthlessly than ever, again presided over the impossible. The totalitarian State developed atomic weapons, jet fighters, long range bombers, and recovered its manufacturing capabilities. The once “land of peasants” was now a superpower.

Its leader also evolved.The egalitarian ideologue and populist Asiatic had fully germinated into an inhumane, practical, and the most powerful Russian Nationalist and Pan-Slavic proponent ever. Yet did all the hardships and triumphs he and Russia experienced breed an omnipotent yet justifiably paranoid sensation that would possibly seal his doom? In the “Doctors Plot” he asserted that Zionist Jews, with CIA and British intelligence, had conspired with Jewish doctors to poison him and other high-ranking officials. In competitive sports, there has been a shift from one extreme to another. It is so extensive
now that athletes are being subject to multiple tests and harassment. They are too comprehensive, picking up anything from cough medicine, herbal remedies, cortisone, supplements, to ADHD medicine.

The worst part are these tests are interpreted subjectively. These tests have never been calibrated for false positive ratio. Moreover, no baselines in body chemistry have been established. For example, a positive in synthetic testosterone in men could be just a boost in natural testosterone.

Therefore, it is possible that innocent people, such as perhaps Justin Gatlin and Floyd Landis, will be falsely punished and labeled. It is also likely that a positive may be accidentally acquired.

Do not athletes have the right to repair their bodies and relieve themselves of pain just like everyone else? Obviously in the case of Ben Johnson, whose yellowish eyes and bulging veins were a dead giveaway or Chinese women and Soviet bloc women, whose masculinity were blatant, behooves the need for testing. However, testing should be limited to basic anabolic steroids in men and testosterone in women.

On the flipside, testing may not be necessary at all. After all, is it not the intent of all medication to "enhance performance" , whether one is a professional athlete, a doctor, or a short-order cook? Here is a rule to understand- If any potent drug is taken when there really is no need, only harm will result. There has been a lot of people brainwashed into thinking excessive drugging can help create super athletes. That simply is not the case. The body is the ultimate healer of itself. Drugs and surgery can only facilitate.

The athlete still has to execute in practice and in competition. The 100 meter dash, for example, may look simple to a "layman". However, it is highly intricate and technical. Excessive unnatural therapies will only impede communications between the brain and central nervous system to the necessary body parts. Athletes like Ben Johnson took steroids because he perceived a psychological edge. That edge was merely dependency and fallacy because there was no permanent physiological improvement. Ben Johnson would have run the same times without
this steroid.

Unless therapeutic, protracted drug use usually hinders rather than enhances performances by causing iatrogenic difficulties. Paranoia is a bureaucrats’ dream but an athletes’ and fans nightmare.

The preceding is an obvious example of international organizations, usually in collaboration with BAR legal systems, wielding unbridled power. In the name of making something perfect, they will in turn ruin it. These concerns about "doping" are just false pretenses for them to arrogate themselves power, terrorizing and harassing people in the process.

The preceding is also how science can be contaminated and distorted by bad politics. Too many medical community members are just simply not thinking with common sense.

Failure to place matters in proper perspective will always spawn an ineffectual, out-of-touch and parasitic elite that sucks the lifeblood from the country, perpetuating the cycle of poverty and unrest.

Americans do not need more laws,rules,and regulations. Between 1970 and 2006, the number of pages in the Federal Register shot up from 20,036 to 78,000. During the same period, federal government regulators rose from 90,000 to 241,000. From 2000-2006, the number of regulators alone increased by 65,000. While the trillion dollar a year costs of federal regulations are staggering, it is the corrupting influence that is worrisome as regulations are sources of kickbacks.

Yet the legal system is not confined to any written law. Their purveyors do as they please in blackmailing payouts of non-documented sums. Attorneys involved in the Spears-Federline custody matter received to date $1.3 million for less than ten hearings.

The biggest increases in regulatory personnel since 2000 have occurred in agencies dealing with Wall Street, drug and food multinationals, income tax, cartel-busting, and the Bureau of Tobacco, Alcohol and Firearms. All this are targeted specifically at the biggest, most influential corporate sectors. These are obviously areas where there is the most amount of "lawyering" simply because there is the most amount of money. The cure only makes the disease much worse than it already is. Have enough Americans wondered why everything is structured to generate lawyer/lobbyists money? All these activities are at the expense of the people's liberties and free enterprise prosperity.

Six billion dollars will be spent to pimp candidates this election cycle. Most of that money is channeled into the pockets of the campaign elite. In the meantime, productive people who are trying to climb the socio-economic ladder to serve their fellow man are strangled by the "License King". More than 20% of US workers now need a permit to practice their occupation, up from 4.5% in the 1950s. Now there are entry barriers have risen in over 1,000 occupations. In Michigan, you now need a licence to catch reptiles. In Arizona, you need state certification to be a tribal rainmaker. In Maryland, you need a licence to be a fortune-teller, supposedly to ensure better forecasts!

The healthcare sector is afflicted with legally mandated credentialism. Special interests PAC's are allowed to buy this "protection" from political and legal circles to protect their current status quo from genuine competition. The healthcare sector is not only outrageously expensive, it is dangerous. Medically induced deaths is now America's third biggest killer. According to reputed Newsmax.com, 90% of all surgeries are unnecessary.

American should not lie to themselves. They do not live in the "Land of the Free". They live in the "Land of the Rising Red Tape". Americans are so regulated that it would make former communists and fascists shrill. Yet the powers-to-be ("big pimps") and many that co-operate do whatever they want.

The Remedy For Bad, Unlawful Judical Decisions-By Harsha Sankar

Judges should never be elected. However, their decisions should be overturned by a super majority(60% ) in the legislature and consent from the executive if these two branches of government feel the judge engaged in "bad behavior". Bad behavior means that the court did not stay within the confines of applying and supporting the law.

Judges have no Lawful authority to interpret the law. The law and the law governing the presentation of facts should be clear so that anyone can clearly understand its meaning and intent.If a judge blatantly usurps his/her authority, a legislative hearing,approved by 75% of the non-lawyer legislature, should be conducted for possible impeachment and criminal offenses. A verdict would only require a simple majority and if guilty, consent from the executive branch.

If consent from the executive branch is not forthcoming, the non-lawyer legislature would need to achieve two-third majority to convict and impeach a judge.

Please keep in mind the issue in controversy is not whether the legislature and executive disagrees with the judge's actions. The issue to be debated is if the judge abused or neglected to use the authority vested in the support and application of the written law.

As the general election campaigns begins, an issue that needs to be addressed is the tragic reality of America's legal system. America's courts are rigged. They are tainted by fake trials,trumped-up charges and defenses, extortion by attorneys, and it has 2.2 million prisoners to show for this. Some reputed sources state a minimum of 100,000 are not guilty of the crimes in which they have been convicted.One out of 45 working age males is behind bars. America has the largest prison gulag in the world, claiming 25% of all prisoners. With prison labor being revived and as jails are being privatized, America's incarceration system is now the fastest growth sector and is a huge source of business profit.

Legal corruption blankets the nation. Concentration camps, most built by
Halliburton, are emerging.Even "mental health" hospitals are cropping up everywhere.
The breeding of the culture of mass prisons and the promiscuous confiscation of wealth has spread fear throughout the populace. The lapdog corporate media just nourishes these concepts. They give it normalcy when they should expose it for what it is: tyranny.

The sheer oppression is so severe that a social explosion will occur. The unfortunate pattern of judges and family members being attacked and courthouses and related property being damaged are being downplayed. The judicial elite and collaborators do not want people to take a hard look at the core issues behind these events. For many prisoners, life is horrendous. As amenities exist, so does torment. Even prisoners deserve humanity. Yet they are not even safe. Rape and beatings are common with little recourse. America's already high execution rate would be much higher if unexpected deaths were taken into account. How long are people going to sanitize these "hangings", "mysterious stabbings", or "heart ailments"?

The American Constitution is meaningless.Attorneys do not fight for it.The political parties do not fight for it simply because most people themselves have not even read it, making it next to impossible to safeguard liberties. The legal profession as a whole prey on that neglect with calculated abandon as they often demonstrate no scruples in bending words in the law to promote the opposite meaning. The courts are their tools of terror in advancing their brutal acquisition of wealth and power.

This letter is not an indictment against all attorneys. So many are trapped in a bad system in which they feel any criticism may invite severe retribution, such as disbarment, fines, and even incarceration.As judges have invoked the "Fuhrer Princip" in which their word is substituted as law, censorship in the advocacy of law is indeed practiced. On the other hand, if one stays in a system long enough, one becomes part of it. Then one has to abuse and take advantage just to survive.

The current system does not encourage free and meritorious debate.It rather encourages conformity to the will of the status qou and it does so in all sectors. All this resembles the anti-democratic systems of fascism and communism. "Toeing the line" was more appreciated than innovative and standalone thinking.So obviously the entrenched culture of bribery and miscarriages of justice will prevail.

The announced $11 million Virginia Tech "settlement" is just a farcical crafting by the bar association to amass vast amount of wealth at the expense of students, donors, and taxpayers.If one does the math, millions were earmarked as attorney fees. However, the precise figure will conveniently not be disclosed even though there is a public need to know. Even if this "settlement" has merit, then the
legislature should decide this issue and not the judiciary. In reality, private charity could "pick up the tab", if needed, of all financial costs of survivors.

In a sexual harassment case against a former sheriff in Roanoke County, attorney Terry Grimes' hourly rate of $300.00 was deemed reasonable by fellow attorney-judge. Grimes is now supposed to bill the state(Virginia taxpayers) for one thousand hours over a matter that cannot be proven it happened.Even if it did happen, it is not even alleged that it is sufficiently serious to warrant misdemeanor sexual assault charges.In addition, since the defendant is no longer sheriff,he cannot be dismissed for unprofessional conduct. His discharge would have been more than sufficient if he indeed committed gross sexual harassment. Grimes' client has already hit the jackpot by receiving $150,000.00. Grimes want to double that for himself.

An attorney's responsibility is to objectively and truthfully certify,after
inspection, that all transactions are in compliance with all governing laws and regulations.That means certifying that the attorney is in no degree involved in a conflict of interest.

The attorney has to have a sufficient arms-length relationship with the client to make unbiased representations on the client's behalf, which means renouncing
decision-making authority regarding transactions. In the case of Virginia College Of
Osteopathic Medicine, it is funded by an estate of an deceased industrialist. The estate's attorney allocates the estate's funds for this project he is personally involved with and with an university in which he is already affiliated. This attorney gets a close family member to be in charge of the set-up of the school. After the opening of VCOM, he puts himself and his close family member on its board of directors and anoints himself chairman. He already is on the Board of Visitors of Virginia Tech, which provides significant funding for the Osteopathic School. Over four months have passed since the tragic shooting took place at Virgina Tech.As students and faculty have begun a new year, this matter really needs to be re-examined. It could establish a precedent of a wave of bizarre tragedies to come.With all the talk about new laws that supposedly need to be proposed and passed in regard to gun central and mental health evaluations, the larger picture is being ignored due to apathy and cognitive myopia. People have to prioritize take a deeper look, and ask the hard and unpleasant questions.

Charles Mesloh, Criminology professor at University of Florida Gulf Coast, has gone on record that he was shocked that the Virginia Tech assassin, Cho Seung–Hui, could have killed 32 people with two handguns absent expert training. Mesloh assumed Cho had used a shotgun or an assault rifle. Cho had a 60% fatality rate with handguns, which according to Mesloh is unheard of considering 9 Millimeters do not kill people instantly. During the fateful day on April 16th and according to official reports, Cho had time to kill two people, film a confession video, transfer it to his computer, burn it on to a DVD, package it up, travel to the post office, post the package, travel back to his dorm room to re-arm himself, and then travel again to the opposite end of the campus to resume the killing spree.

Virginia Tech is an "active partner" with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency. DARPA is the Pentagon's research arm. Virginia Tech receives millions or dollars
in grants from DARPA. It is strongly rumored that Blacksburg,Virginia houses a US government underground laboratory that develops in conjunction with DARPA weapons of mind control and of advanced behavioral modification. In addition, the Central Intelligence Agency actively recruits VT students, holding events such as "Career Information" sessions.

On the Senate floor in 1977, Senator Ted Kennedy claimed the CIA's deputy director revealed that over thirty universities were involved in covert testing on unwitting citizens. One such victim of these experiments was Cathy O'Brien, who immediately after Cho's rampage reiterated that Blacksburg,Virginia is a central location for mind control programs that are still ongoing. The CIA has had a program to create mind–controlled assassins that could be triggered by code words, MK ULTRA. This historical fact is documented by declassified government files and Senate hearings.

Was Cho targeted and recruited, because of his "misfit" reputation, to be a mind control
assassin? That question will never be answered officially as long as attorneys control the three branches of government. Reference to the unsolved JFX assassination is evidence of that.

The cover up/defense to the native and ignorant public is to deliver a single, lone nut fall guy scapegoat. This will be backed by so called "Expert Psychiatric Analysis" and a breadcrumb trail of manufactured evidence. As with 9/11, the official line will be bought and more rights will in turn be sacrificed. It only took one mass murder to cause the banning of firearms in Australia and New Zealand.

If the focus would have been on Cho's actions instead of on his personal issues, these despicable shootings would not have occurred. Cho should have been suspended from Virginia Tech for setting his dorm room on fire and subsequently prosecuted.The inconceivable speed of Cho's actions is matched by the slowness of Virginia Tech's security to warn people despite having loudspeakers throughout the campus. Perhaps that warrants the real investigation.

Unless there is political and grassroots will to end same-hands governance, the mayhem
will continue. People converted into snitches will only carry water for the totalitarian state.

This is about foundations and the role attorney's play. Attorneys are supposed to have the same capacity as car inspectors. Even though they work for the client, they still have to certify to the appropriate government branches that the client is in compliance with all applicable regulations and law. Foundation and estates are basically compelled to hire attorneys to ensure this compliance. This is analogous to mandates requiring people to have their vehicles inspected by authorized garages. If the "authorized garage" inspected vehicles they have a stake in, it would be a corrupt conflict of interest.

Yet attorneys partake in this by awarding themselves decision-making authority over these foundations they are supposed to regulate. Attorneys often earmark estate, foundation, and corporate funds to organizations that they have an affiliation. They often include family members or cronies in the process. In Communist China, party members are executed for having direct or personal connections. Yet in America, attorneys are instead exalted as leaders of such institutions. Much of this violates written law.

The intermixing of resources and influence between public and private sectors is contaminating America by creating nexuses and unholy alliances. If an entity or institution cannot be sustained by free market forces, then let it wholly owned and operated by government. Then at least blatant personal interests will not be openly served as everything will be done in deference to the State. Civil servants will be within the scope of the laws as they cannot do as they please. There will not be the cult of personalities as exist with foundations as people can utilize other people's money based on their personal whim.

When the law is only as good as its enforcers because of lack of accountability, raw power will prevail.

1. Scientists at the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine state there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouses gases is causing or will cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s climate.

2. Satellite reading of temperatures in the lower troposphere (an area scientists
predict would immediately reflect any global warming) show no warming since
readings began 23 years ago.

3. Only land-based temperature stations show a warming.It does not cover the entire globe, often is contaminated by heat from nearby urban development, and is error-prone.

4. Climate computers models can be “flux adjusted” that can be 25 times larger
than the effect of doubling carbon dioxide concentrations.A science writer cites that climate modelers have made cheating respectable.

5. America spends more on global warming research each year than the rest of the
world combined.

6. Temperatures during 800 to 1200 AD were higher than any worst-case scenario.

7. According to British documentary “The Great Global Warming Swindle” based on climatologists reports’ around the world, man-made carbon dioxide emissions are only
5% of all greenhouse gases. Volcanoes alone produce more carbon dioxide than all
mankind’s activities. Yet the global warming scare, spearheaded by globalists controlling environmental advocacy groups, has propped up politicians such as Al Gore as the prophets of doom. It has given bureaucrats at all levels powers that threaten jobs and individual liberties.

Scientists who disagree with this alarmism has seen their funds disappear, their work

Nigel Calder, a former editor of New Science stated "Governments are trying to achieve unamity by stifling any scientist who disagrees. Einstein could not have received funding under the present system."

A common charge leveled against those who question the global warming is they are
stooges for big business or for Western industrialized countries. The real truth is that
the New World Order and oil kingpins are fanning the flames of this new craze. The
Trilateral Commission ,the Bilderberg group, and the Council of Foreign Relations met
last month in near secrecy to formulate policy on how best they could exploit global
warming fear-mongering to ratchet up taxes and control over how westerners live

British Petroleum and European Trilateral Commission,Peter Sutherland, gave a
speech to address 'global warming' with a single voice. The orchestration of this elitist plan by super capitalists is clear. They can either afford the new rules of a Kyoto Protocol much more than smaller competitors,especially in smaller countries. Also,for many nations to comply with these numerous and selective rules, they will have no option but to allow one of these few mammoth multi-national firms to handle their oil industry. The other co-conspirator, the "internationalists" or "international socialists", pushing the World Government agenda, will have the means to tax and to ultimately control all countries.

Climate change is their ticket for this and they have accomplished this by consent over conquest.Efforts to curb human greenhouse gas would cost $300 billion in annual
economic output and 2.4 million jobs in America.

Yet the Kyoto Protocol anticipated reduction in temperature by 2100 would only be
one-quarter of one degree.These restrictions will cripple development by third-world
nations and will significantly increase their already all-ready high levels of poverty, disease, and squalor. It will keep them at a stone age.

Who are the biggest nurturers of this sham?Bar Association Attorneys! Trial Attorney
Timothy Porter has filed a class action lawsuit against dozens of oil companies,utilities, and coal producers for causing "global warming" that caused Hurricane Katrina that left his neighbors homeless. Western District Of Virginia U.S. Attorney’s John Brownlee’s simplistic statement“We are taking money from the bad guys and giving it to the god guys” pertaining to the verdict against OxyContin manufacturer Purdue Pharma is indeed a reactionary one that the communists and fascists used to rationalize their major measures of confiscation.

$600 million of the judgment will come at the expense of shareholders, jobholders, and
consumers. This despite the fact this lawsuit had no documentation of ill-gotten profits
reaped.

In regards to fault, perhaps it belongs to the prescribing doctor. If any doctor’s medication is not satisfactory to the patient, seeking treatment elsewhere should be advised.

Individuals responsible for this fraud need to serve prison time as per written law. This
heavy-handed judicial lawmaking has enriched outsourced private law firms who "worked" on this matter. The unprecedented collection of fines has only caused the mushrooming of prosecutorial staffs.

As subprime mortgages defaults make headlines, attorney-concocted schemes of off-balance-sheets entities have to be reviewed. Crafted accounting rules implemented at $350.00-$700.00 an hour has kept many financial institutions from acknowledging losses previously kept off the books. Citigroup alone has exposure of $41 billion.

Due to economic downturn, many homeowners are needlessly facing foreclosure when huge sums forked out for closing costs and bankruptcy could instead be used to satisfy debt.

Making a loan and keeping it on the balance sheet until it was repaid was so old-fashioned. The ethics of the sale and buyback of Collateralized Debt Obligations and Special Investment Vehicles is highly dubious, since the intention appears to mislead investors regarding a company's financial health.Yet the legal system (driven by money, megalomania, and playboy mentalities) selectively permits the lack of reporting to investors.

As these investments market is collapsing, the real extent of the losses is beginning to reveal itself. The revelations of accounting manipulations and fraudulent activities are a small indication that the economy is pervaded by speculation and out-n-out criminality due to legal profession's increasingly dominant role. As corporate law school graduates expect to receive a total package worth close to a quarter million dollars a year for their "magical knowledge" and "imaginary skills", where does that leave the people that they master, manipulate, regulate and control? The more resources and power that is commanded by the law and the people tied to it, the more the American people fund their own destruction.

Goldman Sachs reports that housing-related losses could force banks and other players to cut lending by as much as $2 trillion, which would be enough to trigger a very nasty recession. An all-out assault against the productive sector has seen manufacturing jobs disappear in smoke. This obviously has a multiplier effect as the shock waves continue to rock the nation.

Something needs to be done to curtail the excesses of special interest control of governance. The preceding can and will invite disagreements and criticisms and that is perfectly fine. There is, after all, more than one way to skin the cat.

However, Americans cannot procrastinate on focusing on the one fundamental issue. That is dismantling the ruling class so that they are no longer at its mercy.

The Roanoke Times (Virginia) again carries water for ruling aristocracy in December 30th, 2007 article. Yet they refuse to publish a dissenting viewpoint.

The article expressed a higher percentage of attorneys in the legislative branch would result in better lawmaking. That is the same arguments the socialist, fascist, theological, and military elite used in their justification of government domination.

For anyone to suggest that over 99 percent of people who are not"trained lawyers" are too dumb to pass laws that serve and protect is an affront to self–governance and democratic self-rule. This "mentality" of exclusion only generates high costs, abuse, selective enforcement,
misrepresentations, delusions of grandeur, and the sheer nonsense that pervades the out-of-touch legal system. To assume laws would be better crafted by a special elite, arrogating themselves the keys to "abstract magical" knowledge and imaginary skills, because they know what is best for the people only means they will be masters in our own home. Laws instead will be deliberately interpretive and incomprehensible. This disenfranchises the common man.

People would do most things well until attorney-legislators passed laws making normal activities difficult. Yet the media portrays them as the Strong, Learned& Able even though their work is predatory & manipulative.

Whatever happened to critical analysis and investigative journalism by a free and independent media? As independent media outlets are sent to extinction, Americans need to realize that the success achieved by these parasitic forces only results in the oppression and exploitation of others.

In a free society, the law is no man's monopoly. It is to be accessed and to be understood by all.

In Covington,Virginia taxpayers paid $123,000.00 for a “cost-efficiency” study.

Citizens in a Roanoke neighborhood have paid over $200,000.00 in unconscionable legal fees disputing its own elected officials.

Sloppiness and con artists cost FEMA $1 billion in six months over questionable Katrina and Rita disaster-relief claims.

People who received an apology for slavery will soon demand money.

America’s new form of government, Kleptocracy, is in full force. Property taxes and healthcare skyrocket and industrial jobs evaporate. As forty thousand new attorneys a year are descending to prey and control Americans, nearly two million homeowners face foreclosure.

Former Communist nations were over-regulated with much uniformity by low to moderately-paid civil servants. In America, the ruling one-party commands vast resources to perpetually change law at will. If Communist ideology brought bankruptcy, America’s outcome will be of failed state status.

Co-mingling of powers in government and not its separation has led to this unprincipled lack of restraint. Citizens have been fractured into special interests. America United means government divided and that means no attorneys in office.
