Dividing the Role Of Legislator-(Referendums) Session Nine

As with all other voting, voting for all electors of referendum proposers must be public.
Voting for electors for referendum proposers should be more restricted than voting for referendums. In order to vote for electors for locality referendum proposers, registered voters must be at least 25 years of age. 


Cliff Notes Version: Voting for electors who choose referendum proposers should be more restricted than voting for referendums. All voting for these electors at the local level should have to be public and also registered voters should be 25 years of age  or older.
