Dispelling Covid-19 Myths-Part Two

Remember that Vitamin D stops the "virus" from attaching to the A2 receptor and Zinc stops the "virus" from replicating.

An excellent way to minimize the impact of this "virus" toxin(viral or bacterial) is to change the pH levels so that the body is more but not too alkaline. Avoid taking too much processed food, too much sugary substances, too much alcohol, too much smoking, and too much allopathic medications. This causes the body to be too acidic and that suppresses the immune systems significantly.

Staying inside constantly will cause the body to become more acidic. Breathing too much lysol and poorly ventilated air will cause the same. All the lockdowns have extremely stressed the population. This has caused cortisol levels to dramatically increase, thereby raising the levels of acidity for so many. Draconian measures has generated so much fear and stress that people's immune systems have been damaged and rendered unable to withstand opportunistic pathogens.

Wearing masks excessively has caused this regrettable phenomenon as well. People are experiencing oxidative stress as they cannot breathe properly. Also, too much intake of carbon dioxide causes such stress as well. As explained previously, breathing one's own discharge of contaminants will also cause higher acidity levels.

Diet is very important in naturally boosting immunity. Eating dark green vegetables(4 to 6 cups daily), drink a reasonable amount of water with a pinch of pink salt, and limiting artificial ingredients will improve alkalinity. Improved alkalinity will inhibit the spread of microbial agents and cause less undue stress on the immune systems.
