The membership of this party is somewhat restricted. All members have to be American adult citizens who are not participants in same-hands and/or private governance. Members of other political parties will not be allowed to be members of this political party.

BAR Attorneys-At-Law will not be allowed membership. The same ban also applies to all official and registered lobbyists. The primary objective of this party is to eliminate the influence of all entities, with the exception of political parties, that convert any form of governance into private fiefdoms. Therefore, since the abolition of the Bar Associations and the disbandment of their agents is a major priority, obviously the "Attorney Officialdom" will be barred from joining this political party. 

"Deep State" bureaucrats (members of a bureaucratic agency which is unaccountable to an independent political process) will not be allowed as members for the same reasons attorneys and lobbyists are not allowed to join this party. Member of private entities that have influence over any process of governance will also not be allowed to become members.
