Representative Democratic Model-Electable Offices Part Forty-Four

Dividing the Role Of Legislator- (Referendums) Session Six

For national/federal referendums, only registered voters who are 25 years of age and older should be allowed to vote. Furthermore, there can only be one vote per address. It is highly important that the casting of ballots for a governance matter of this magnitude be highly restricted.

For national/federal referendums, all federal congressional districts, based on the highest number of popular votes, cast its decision twice. These referendums need at least 55% approval each time before it becomes law. If a referendum cannot muster 55% approval for the first vote or second vote, it should be declared defunct.

Cliff Notes Version: For federal referendums, registered voters 25 years and older should vote. Furthermore, only one vote per address. Voting must be highly restricted.

All federal referendums need to be voted on twice. If it receives 55% of the approval from all federal congressional districts both times, it passes. If not, it fails and is to be considered defunct.
