Dividing the Role Of Official Referendum Proposers- Terms (Federal, State, and Local)
No Elector For Official Referendum Proposer can be a participant in any branch of government for at least three years prior to his/her choosing and at least three years after his/her departure from that specific position.
No Elector for Official Referendum Proposer can belong to any group, entity, or organization in which a majority of its members are participants in any branch of government for at least three years prior to his/her election and at least three years after his/her departure from that specific position.
Furthermore, no Elector for Official Referendum Proposer can belong to any group, entity, or organization which affects law and regulations outside his/her scope of official duties for at least three years prior to his/her election, during his/her time serving as elector, and for at least three years after his/her departure from that specific position as elector.

The
Elector for Official Referendum Proposer cannot be a participant in any
branch of government for at least three years before and after service.
He/she cannot be a participant in any branch of government in any
capacity other than that specific capacity in which he/she is serving.
He/she
cannot belong to any group in which most of that group's members are government branch members and/or participants for at least three years
before and after service.
He/she
cannot belong to any group which affects law and regulations outside
his/her scope of official duties for at least three years prior, during,
and three years after departure from service.
