Contributions to this new political party should come from flesh and blood American citizens, American nationals, and permanent resident non-citizens only. The amount an individual can contribute must be limited to a reasonable figure. All contributions must be publicly disclosed. 

Contributions do not secure membership. A certain committee, picked by the specific party leadership(local, state, and national) chooses the members based on the criteria outlined in the previous post.
