America needs to abolish the Bar Associations. repeal all UPL laws, and disband the attorney at-law officialdom. Furthermore we need to ban any officeholder as well as any other government branch member from providing assistance of counsel in the judiciary. 

America needs to ban members in any branch of government from participating in any other branch of government four years prior to their entry in office and four years after their departure. The reason why this moratorium should be four years is four years should be the average length of term for officeholders.
