The Basic Forms Of Tyranny-Part Four

Monarchy/Head Executive Dictatorship-

This is probably the most simple form of a tyrannical system. Essentially the monarch or a head executive of a nation's or an autonomous republic's government rules by individual decree and fiat. The party apparatus, the people, and all other government officials subordinate their services to his/her command.

For thousands of years, this was an effective manner of governance. As people became more complex, this form of governance became outdated. However, sometimes it is necessary for a temporary period in which this head of state and government is arrogated this authority in order to suppress tyranny and chaos.
