For Official Referendum Proposers on a local level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 25 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific locality for the last five years.
For Official Referendum Proposers on a state level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 30 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific state for the last five years.
For Official Referendum Proposers on a federal level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 35 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity.
