Highly oppressive and corrupt legal actions only reflect the need to have the current setup of the legal system ended and not mended. Touch up work and gimmick reforms will not do. The obscene and dysfunctional cannot be fixed. It must be replaced in its entirety.

The legal action described and submitted is the product of the transnational and private BAR Associations. The BAR must be abolished, the attorney profession must be disbanded, all UPL laws must be repealed, all admiralty/maritime courts for civilians must be disallowed, and all judicial advocates must be banned from serving in any other capacity in any branch of government. Until these measures are implemented, no one can feel safe with the existing predatory legal system.
