End State-Sponsored Terror and Plunder By Abolishing Admiralty/Maritime Courts-By Harsha Sankar

Dear Fellow American, July 2004

As Independence Day was celebrated,Americans must know the yellow fringe flags displayed in State and Federal courts is their warning they are entering into a foreign enclave. It is the same as stepping into a foreign embassy. This flag's law rules that you are waiving all Rights outside the door. Admiralty/maritime law is then imposed and all constitutional protections are thus suspended. The judge is now "Master Of The Ship". "The Manuals Of Court Martial" and United States Army Regulations 840-10 codifies this status.

Yet this authorization defies Article IV,section 3 of the American Constitution prohibiting the creation of one State in another State's jurisdiction.

Very few attorneys mention this because courts restricted to the simple and written word would represent a conflict of interest and an attorney could be barred for such revelations.Legal notices of seized property sometimes confirms this. Admiralty/Maritime courts, while they appear the same as Common Law courts, confer ultimate loyalty to the supreme court rules and not to the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

How then could Americans celebrate Independence if subjected to unverifiable elections, justice for ransom, the private printing of currency, and the sale of government? With lawyers making in excess of $3000.00 per hour in the Microsoft settlement, this is just one out of many examples of state sanctioned plunder. The endless and promiscuous preliminaries of the Kobe Bryant, Scott Peterson, and others have resulted in the "cult of personalities",converting America's once progressive meritocracy into a feudalistic aristocratic hierarchy. The 1.6 million employees' lawsuit against Walmart only signifies the conversion of this nation from a free enterprise system into that of a welfare state.

Americans must be allowed to govern themselves. They cannot continue to be ruled by Made Men running wild, taking the law into their own hands. Criminal syndicates,in the name of governance, that cater to reactionary and militant instincts of society may be tolerated in third-world nations. It should never be accepted here. The citizenry do not need to be dictated to by force of law as to what they can do and who can do it as long as no one suffers from legitimate harm to their person or property.

Subjugation prevails when people think they are free. Once false iconisms are exposed as myths, the rotten phenomenom of "one nation under fraud" will eventually collapse.
