Representative Democratic Model- Selectable Offices Part Thirty-Eight-(Session Two) Chief Justice Of United States Supreme Court
The United States Supreme Court should have a chief justice who manages the courts. The Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court should schedule a vote by the court's judges for each case. Prior to this, that chief justice should introduce the general nature of each case to the other judges.
The United States Supreme Court's Chief Justice should not be allowed to vote on a case due to a conflict of interest and due to the fact it symbolizes tyranny via Imperial Democracy. No one should have too much authority. That chief justice merely presides and manages the court. The remainder of the USSC casts the votes and takes the decisions.
