For Electors for Official Referendum Proposers on a local level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 25 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific locality for the last three years.
For Electors for Official Referendum Proposers on a state level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 27 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific state senate district that he/she represents for the last three years.
For Electors for Official Referendum Proposers on a federal level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 30 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific federal congressional district that he/she represents for the last three years.
