For Electors for Official Referendum Proposers on a local level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 25 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific locality for the last three years.

For Electors for Official Referendum Proposers on a state level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 27 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific state senate district that he/she represents for the last three years.

For Electors for Official Referendum Proposers on a federal level, only U.S. and state citizens who are 30 years of age and older should be allowed to serve in this capacity. That official must have his/her official address in that specific federal congressional district that he/she represents for the last three years.

Cliff Notes Version: All electors for local referendum proposers must be US and state citizens who are 25 or older. They must be a registered addressee of that locality.

All state referendum proposers must be US and state citizens who are 27 or older. They must be a registered addressee of that state senate district.

Federal referendum proposers must be US and state citizens who are 30 or older. They must be a registered addressee of that federal congressional district that he/she represents.
