Voter registration has become a political football for certain entities to serve their political agendas. Read the following government modes dealing with this issue.

Imperial Democratic Mode- The purpose is to unduly make it quite difficult for citizens to register to vote. There is only one voter registrar office per the entire locality. Moreover documentation beyond positive identification and simple proof of address is compelled. It is often mandated that registration must take place 90 days before the day of elections and also within 180 days before the day of elections.

They also mandate that unless one is a member of the military or is another public sector employee or its contractor's employee, all voters must physically appear in person to register in the only voting registrars office of the locality in which he/she are addressees.

The purpose of the preceding is to unduly restrict the number of qualified citizens from voting.

There is one voter registrar office for each voting precinct in the entire locality. Moreover hardly any documentation, if any, is compelled. It is often mandated that registration must take place only once every five to ten years. Registration is allowed to take place anytime prior to the day of elections.

They also mandate that physical appearance in person, in voters registrars offices for the purposes of registration throughout the localities, is not required. Citizens who aspire to vote can, if desired, mail-in forms or send their applications online to the registrars' office in the precinct that they are addressees.

The purpose of the preceding is to unduly increase the number of citizens from voting, thereby allowing non-qualified people and unqualified citizens to vote.

Representative Democratic Mode- The purpose is to neither make it difficult nor easy/convenient for citizens to register to vote. There is one voter registrar office for every five to less than six precincts in the locality an aspiring citizen voter is living. Documentation only consisting of positive identification and simple proof of address is compelled. It is often mandated that registration must take place 30 days before the day of elections and also within 360 days before the day of elections.

They also mandate that unless one is a member of the military, is another public sector employee or its contractor's employee, or is physically incapacitated in a healthcare facility, all voters must physically appear in person to register in the voting registrars offices of the locality in which he/she are addressees.

The purpose of the preceding is to get as many qualified citizens to vote and keep all non-qualified people and as many unqualified citizens from voting.
