Representative Democratic Model- Selectable Offices Part Eighteen State Appellate Court Judges: The Court Of Appeals-(Session Two)
The Governor accepts applications from all interested,available, and eligible candidates for the Court Of Appeals or the state appellate court which focuses primarily on criminal cases.
The Governor submits his/her nomination to the State Senate for confirmation.
If the majority of State Senators, provided the necessary quorum limits are met, confirms the Governor's nomination, then the candidate will become the next state appellate court judge who presides over the court which primarily focuses on criminal cases.
