Officeholders In The Lawmaking Process Must Stand Election
Officeholders In The Lawmaking Process Must Stand Election-
It must be understood that officeholders in the lawmaking process(legislators and heads of executive branches) must be elected.
There are three different modes of election that need to be used
for different electable positions. Voters have the responsibility and duty to know this.
1. Direct popular vote should be at the state and local levels to elect officeholders who deal directly with the people and consequently make law.
2. Electoral voting should be used at the federal levels to choose legislators(those who make law). Electoral voting has to be used at the state level to choose legislators who make laws that effect the entire state. Electoral voting should be used at the local level to choose the head(s) of the executive branch.
3. Electors must be used to at the federal and state levels to choose the head(s) of the executive branch.
