Restoration Of The Original And Proper Process Of The Choosing Of President

After the 2020 Presidential debacle in which fraud was abundant, We The People have to understand that the US Constitution never called for direct popular vote elections. That document states that presidential electors should be chosen in the manner that state legislatures prescribe by law. It is then the responsibility of the electors to freely choose the President as they see fit.

For the Presidential electors to objectively choose the President in order to properly preserve the Republic, they simply cannot be nominated by a Presidential candidate. No proximity that can be perceived as perversely incestual can be allowed. All conflicts of interest must be banned.

A candidate for elector is not lawfully required to reveal their choice of Presidential candidate prior to their election or appointment, although it would be excellent for that candidate for elector to do just that.

A candidate for Presidential candidate would not appear on the ballot and thus would not need to campaign. The candidates for elector would need to register to gain ballot access. Elector candidates would have their names appear on the ballot if the legislatures for that specific state mandate direct or indirect popular vote elections for presidential electors.

These electors, as per the US Constitution, would be able to choose any presidential candidate that met the Constitutional requirements on a state by state basis. As each state submits its choice for this position by awarding all its electoral votes to a specific candidate, the candidate who receives the majority of all nationwide electoral votes wins the Presidency.

Currently we have 156 million US voters casting ballots in 53-54 "different sized pots". The majority of these voters are not really qualified to choose the President because they lack understanding
of the proper constitutional responsibilities for that specific position.

That is why electors must be chosen in the manner prescribed by the American Constitution or the Republic will cease to exist. Electors should no longer serve as "rubberstamps" for the political candidates. Instead, each elector must have independence to choose the Presidential candidate needed to protect the core ideals of the Republic.

Cliff Notes Version: The U.S. Constitution never called direct elections for the President. Electors should be voted for. After electors is voted by the People, these electors choose the President via a simple majority.

Presidential electors should not be "rubberstamps" for Presidential candidates! Instead, each elector must have independence to choose the Presidential candidate needed to protect the core ideals of the Republic.
