Population-Based Democracy Vs. Area-Based Democracy- (Part Two)

Voters have the responsibility to understand that in a Representative Democracy, both Population-Based and Area-Based democratic models are needed. Both serve as a counterweight to each other so that American democracy neither becomes too directly democratic nor too Imperialistically Democratic.

Neither the electorate nor the officialdom (elected or appointed) should allow anything to become so powerful that it ultimately creates tyranny.
