Representative Democratic Model-Electable Offices                Part Forty-Four

Dividing the Role Of Legislator-(Referendums) Session Nineteen

For these elector candidates on a local level, all locality wards/districts, based on the highest number of popular votes cast by registered voters age 25 and older, decide its choice for elector.

All the locality ward/districts' electors convene at the city or county seat within 30 days of the election. The majority of all these electors then chooses the Official Locality Referendum Proposer.

If a candidate is not able to get the majority of these electors to choose him/her, then the locality legislature chooses the Official Locality Referendum Proposer from the Top Two choice recipients from all locality ward/district electors. A quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of local legislators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice.
