For the elected executive positions on the state level, there needs to be a different set of electors on a state level for Governor and for Lieutenant Governor. A different manner each should also exist for the choosing of these sets of electors.
The same principle which applies to electors of elected executive positions on the federal level should apply to electors of elected executive positions on the state level. States are much more populated now than they were at the time the U.S. Constitution was written.
