VOTING SYSTEMS IN DIFFERENT DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT MODES- RANKED CHOICE VOTING (PART FOUR)

VOTING SYSTEMS IN DIFFERENT DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT MODES- RANKED CHOICE VOTING (PART FOUR)

For any voting system to work, the proper Ranked Choice Voting System should be utilized. If a  candidate fails to obtain the majority of votes, the second place votes cast by the voters of the candidate who receives the least number of first place votes will go to all the other candidates for whom those second place ballots were cast. It should be this simple only. The candidate who obtains the majority of votes, based on that sum, should be declared the winner of the election. This process must be continued
until a candidate eventually garners a majority of votes.

For any voting system to work, public balloting is a must so that the electorate is properly filtered.
The best ideas and the best governance come when competition is fostered. The two-party duopoly stranglehold will prevent that from happening. It has made the current governance more aristocratic and less meritocratic. If the two-party system was meant to keep tyranny and totalitarianism at bay, it would have done so already. Yet despotism exists and persists even to this day.

This is why the proper Ranked Choice Voting System is so important so that fresh ideas and increased vigilance are introduced from all proper "circles", especially from minor parties and Independents. It would serve as a proponent for Checks & Balances.
