PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY FOR PUBLIC EMERGENCIES IN DIFFERENT DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT MODES-

Imperial Democratic Republic Mode-The public health policy for public emergencies is implemented by corporates to a large extent.

Direct Democratic Republic Mode- In regards to public health policies for public emergencies, government would have a pro-active, extensive, exclusive and well-defined role. Career government bureaucrats would totally implement these policies.

Representative Democratic Republic Mode- In regards to public health policies for public emergencies, government would have a pro-active, extensive, exclusive, and well-defined role. However, unlike the Imperial Democratic Republic Mode, career government bureaucrats would not totally implement these policies. Rather, it would be government bureaucrats appointed and/or approved by elected head executives or their appointees who would be responsible for such implementation.
