The U.S. Constitution Bans The Emergence Of Intimidating Powers

Kelly Rutherford is a 2nd-tier supporting actress in television. She also had a bit role in the blockbuster Scream 3.

In June 2013, Rutherford filed for bankruptcy, stating she had debts of approximately $2 million, primarily due to the $1.5 million she spent on legal fees relating to the divorce and custody dispute with her ex-spouse Giersch. $1.5 million!

Why are people accepting this? How can anyone who believes in liberty possibly feel safe? After all, a legal action and any activity revolving around it that affects one American affects all Americans.

The U.S. Constitution, if properly followed, does not allow these highly tyrannical actions from an intimidating power. Yet this is what is occurring on a daily basis in nearly every corner in the U.S.A.

This out-of-touch psychopathy is hardly resisted. If fact, it is instead being coddled. The ideals of the Representative Republic are totally destroyed by the transnational fraudulent organized crime wave that has reduced many of our citizenry to serf/subject status. Yet people choose to co-operate with it.

Non-cooperation with tyranny is the only way to truly defeat tyranny. Otherwise, what incentive do people have to be productive and honest when this hoarding by such non-productive and dishonest forces take place?
