Race, Religion, And Politics In Israel-Palestine (Part Nine)

No one should be a settler on a land which is deemed unlawfully occupied by the people living in the adjacent territory. No one should also be a settler on a land which is next to another land, especially that same land whose inhabitants dispute the de jure legality of my habitation, that my nation has a blockade on.

The operative word is "settler". The Palestinians in Gaza and in the Palestinian Authority regions are not "settlers". They are viewed as inhabitants instead who have been there for many generations if not for many centuries. The word "settler" implies if not expresses colonization. Israelis are still considered "settlers".
