The Basic Forms Of Tyranny-Part Eight (Power Broker Tyranny-Session Twenty-Four)
The Basic Forms Of Tyranny-Part Eight (Power Broker Tyranny-Session Twenty-Four)
Private Power Broker Tyranny- Freedom is a good thing when it is handled properly and deals with non-governance issues. However when it comes to any aspect of the institutions of governance, liberties must be greatly restricted. In addition individual liberties must be subordinated to apparent public safety concerns and established public welfare needs.
If the preceding does not happen, greater tyranny always results. The tyranny is always more than the tyranny the People originally escaped from. The tyranny now confronting the USA and so much of Europe is neo-liberalism totalitarianism. It in itself is a manifestation of power brokering. This power brokering caused neo-liberalism has led to unnecessary anarchy, chaos, strife, high prices, and a lower quality of life.
When it comes to governance, every individual citizen must have an uniform approach to it. Individual citizen(s) cannot have his/her/their own unique relationship(s) or interaction(s) with any aspect of governance and its institutions. Governance cannot be fractured to serve special or individual(s) interests. It must serve all of its citizens in an equal and same manner. Otherwise the need of power brokering results and that leads to tyranny.
Neo-liberalism is not another version of liberalism or progressivism. It is quite distinct from that. Neo-liberalism is when people have been trained to use any aspect of governance, such as the courts, for their own individual use and purpose. Neo-liberalism spawns power brokers who often are politicians. People have been trained and indoctrinated to talk to any and all government official and operative, including the judiciary, about their own personal and individual issues. People have been taught to make private use of governance rather than to maintain sole focus on the common good.
