Submitted is the map of the four state regions in which all Virginia state senators and its state delegates/assemblymen are grouped in order to vote for all its state legislative proposers and all its state legislative promoters.

The Virginia Museum Of History & Culture divides Virginia into five regions so obviously two of these regions must be consolidated to form one region. The Piedmont and Blue Ridge Mountains can merge to form one region or the Valley and Ridge and Appalachian Plateau can merge to form one region.
