If one wonders how the private BAR "Lawyer-Lobbyist Regime" became such a dominating and tyrannical force in American and in many other nations' society, one reason is certain offices that are meant to be electable by the electorate are not and also certain offices that are not meant to be electable by the electorate are.
These are the offices that are meant to be electable by the electorate in accordance to the Representative Democratic Model.
Federal- Senator, House Representative
State- State Senator, House Delegate
Local- Legislator (Councilperson, Supervisor), Head Executive (Mayor, Chairman)
These are the offices which are meant to be chosen by the electors who are in turn elected by the electorate.This choosing of these officeholders are in accordance to the Representative Democratic Model.
Federal- President Of The United States, Vice-President Of The United States
State- Governor, Vice-Governor

Notes Version: Private BAR tyranny is partly due to the fact that
certain electable offices by the electorate should not be and certain offices that are not
currently electable by the electorate should be.
Certain offices have to be only electable by the electorate in order to comply with the Representative Democratic Model.
