Imperial Democratic Republic Mode- All drugs considered hard are totally prohibited. Penalties are severe for possession, consumption, and trade.

direct democratic Republic Mode- All drugs considered hard are totally allowed. There are no penalties for possession, consumption, and trade.

Representative Democratic Republic Mode- All drugs considered hard are allowed but are restricted in its possession, consumption, and trade.

Only state government can retail hard drugs to the general public. Possession and consumption are prohibited on public property or in public domain unless authorized by state authorities according to state law. People under age 21 are prohibited from possession and consumption. Use of any machinery such as vehicles while intoxicated with any trace of hard drugs substances is also strictly prohibited. Possession and consumption are allowed on private and immovable property.
