Imperial Democratic Republic Mode- Night clubs must be licensed by state agencies and registered with the local authorities. The building must be approved by local authorities for safety purposes.

There must be at least one police officer inside to monitor its activities. There must be at least one police officer at the entrance/exit and one police officer outside to make certain that all people who drive have not consumed too much alcohol if any.

direct democratic Republic Mode- Night clubs must be registered with the local authorities. The building must be approved by local authorities for safety purposes. There is no police presence in this mode.
