The Basic Forms Of Tyranny-Part Eight (Power Broker Tyranny-Session Twelve)

Public Power Broker Tyranny-

The three Assistant Legislation Proposers in each state and federal legislative house takes in all the legislative proposals from its members. They filter these proposals and are allowed to add one of their own. They then submit this list of legislative proposals to the Chief Legislation Proposer.

The Chief Legislation Proposer, while not allowed to add any legislative proposal of his/her own, decides what proposals will be submitted to its legislative house members to vote on. Prior to doing that though, the Chief Legislation Proposer will submit that list of bills to each of the three Assistant Legislation Proposers. If all of the three state a certain bill needs to be submitted to the voting legislative house members, then the Chief Legislation Proposer must include that in the list of bills (legislative proposals) that he/she will submit to the voting members of their legislative house.

The two Chief Legislation Promoters must inform all voting legislative house members of all the proposed pieces of legislation and its summary. At the end of their promotion, each of those two can provide his/her opinion about these specific bills.
