Private Power Broker Tyranny- As the Law and America's entire governance is "left up to 'lawyers'", here are the manifestations. America has a hyper-financialized economic system that is simply robbing the nation's productive forces blind and dry. Power broker tyranny has unnecessarily complicated the entire spectrum of all activities. This has resulted in the artificially increased need for "brokers" in insurance, financial, real estate, banking, accounting, and so many other fields. All the artificially created specialities and sub-specialities in the "legal profession" have had the same effect in all fields. A cottage industry has been established to accommodate these complications. All this only defeats the purpose of the achievement of productive objectives, of basic merits, and of legitimate rule of law.

One has to hire an attorney just to buy a house. One is compelled to purchase insurance just to drive a car or obtain healthcare. Most employees are forced to invest in stock and financial markets through a 401(k) and other programs. People are not subject to basic protections that protects their savings and investments.

Instead they are forced to subsidize the extreme predatory greed-driven hedge fund "industry" and derivatives marketeers. Just as importantly, they are compelled to see their economy undermined by such speculative activities. Power broker tyranny, unlike communist and fascist tyranny, embraces the socialization of greed and corrupt conflicts of interests. A rigged system of governance establishes a rigged economy.

People need to understand that power broker tyranny is the worst form of tyranny. At least with communist and fascist tyranny, there was a certain amount of legitimacy. Power broker tyranny is so insidious because everyone is trapped into it and yet they do not realize it. This type of tyranny breeds both beneficiaries and victims and it is so hard to distinguish them from one another.

There is a solution. Corrupt conflicts of interests must be disinfected. It starts with the abolition of the BAR and the removal of officer status of all attorneys. That is the root of this specific type of tyranny.
