What Voting Should Really Be All About

People need to understand voting, just like driving on public roads, is a privilege and not a right. Just like people need to get government permission before they are allowed to drive on public roads, people need to get government permission before they are allowed to vote in elections for public officials.

Just like government restrictions apply to driving, government restrictions should apply to voting. Just like driver's and vehicle's information must be made public record, a voter's choice must also be made public record. An anonymous vote is no vote. When it comes to any privilege afforded by government, anonymity and secrecy should never be factors.
