The Basic Forms Of Tyranny-Part Eight (Power Broker Tyranny-Session Twenty-Six)
Private Power Broker Tyranny-Neo-liberalism has created a totalitarian society with power brokers at the helm. The proof of this is the fact that the American people have been attornied to abject submission.
No one should directly talk to an officeholder of a legislative or executive branch. If a constituent talks to one of their intake officers, that constituent must address the general issue that he/she feels needs to be addressed. While that constituent can use his/her specific issue as an example, he/she must address the general issue at large that affects all constituents. All constituents must emphasize the general welfare and not their own individual welfare.
When an individual(s) goes to court, they are required by the U.S. Constitution to present his/her case. Assistance of Counsel is a privileged option in a criminal case only. Just as importantly, assistance is assistance only and it is not representation. An adult individual who is not an invalid, incapacitated, or justifiably absent is still required to present his/her case.
When an individual(s) goes to court, he/she must order the judge to generally apply the law to the specific case in which he or she is a litigant . That individual(s) must never ask either the judge or jury to adjudicate/adjudge the specific case in which he or she is a litigant to his/her particular favor. That can be considered barratry or pandering. All litigants, court officers, and juries have the responsibility to earnestly try to have both the letter and the spirit of both/either the written or common law applied. There should be no catering to the personal favor or will of anyone.
