Alternative Choosing Of The Governor Electors and Vice-Governor Electors- Part One
Alternative Choosing Of The Governor Electors and Lieutenant Governor Electors- Part One
Since individual states lost sovereignty over 150 years, it is not so important that the manner in which the Governor and Vice-Governor electors are to be chosen should be that different. Different manners of such choosing for these two offices should exist but it does not have to be significant. The main power base has not been in the state executive and legislative branches of government since the federal government became the sovereign government entity over 150 years ago.
An elector for Governor or Vice-Governor should be chosen from every locality. However, every elector's eventual choice for either Governor or Vice-Governor should not have the same number of electoral votes. The more populated localities should provide more electoral votes for its elector's choice.

Notes Version: Since individual states are not the Sovereign Republics as they
once were for the first 90 years of the existence of the nation, the
manner in which the Presidential and Vice-Presidential electors are to be selected
should not be so significantly different.
