The Choosing Of The Governor and Vice-Governor By The Electors-
The Choosing Of The Governor and Vice-Governor By The Electors-
The electors meet in their respective state's capitol. The electors decide who their choice will be. They shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for. That list cites the number of votes by electors that all candidates eventually receive. After the list is signed and certified, it is sent to the Vice-Governor.
The Vice-Governor electors will have to choose a Vice-Governor who is from a different locality than the state's Governor electors' choice for Governor.
The candidate who received the majority of all electors' votes cast by the electors wins the state election. That count takes place on the following month of January in the State Senate. If no candidate for Governor received the majority of electors' votes, the majority of the members of the House Of Delegates/Assemblypersons chooses the Governor out of the Top Three gubernatorial candidates who received the highest number of electors' votes. If no candidate for Vice-Governor received the majority of electors' votes, the majority of the members of the State Senate chooses the Vice-Governor out of the Top Two vice-gubernatorial candidates who received the highest number of electors' votes.
If no candidate for Governor receives a majority of votes from members of the House Of Delegates/Assemblypersons, the State Senate's choice for Vice-Governor becomes the Governor. The candidate of Vice-Governor who did not receive the majority of votes from the members of the State Senate would replace that State Senate's choice for Vice-Governor as Vice-Governor.

Notes Version: Governor Electors decide who the governor will be by
majority vote. The Lieutenant Governor Electors do the same. If majority cannot be obtained by one candidate, then the majority in the lower state legislative house chooses the Governor and the majority in the upper state legislative house chooses the Vice-Governor. If the majority of lower house members are unable to choose the Governor, then the State Senate's choice for Vice-Governor becomes Governor. The candidate the State Senate did not choose becomes Vice-Governor.
The Governor and the Lieutenant Governor cannot be from the same locality.
