VOTING SYSTEMS IN DIFFERENT DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT MODES- RANKED CHOICE VOTING (PART SIX)- IMPERIAL AND DEMOCRATIC MODE
To truly keep tyranny at bay, there needs to be an emergence of Independents in political office. Proper Ranked Choice Voting can help achieve that. However without proper campaign structure, it would be impossible for Independents to voice their agenda to their electorate. This is needed to level the playing field without sacrificing an individual's liberty to support only the candidate(s) that he/she wishes to support.
Imperial Democratic Mode- In this mode there is no public assistance in campaigns. All campaigns are privately funded. While there may or may not be laws banning foreign funding, there are no laws banning corporate and PAC funding of campaigns. While laws regulating the use of campaign funds exist to ensure proper expenditure, the handling of all aspects of campaigns is by private operators only.
direct democratic mode- In this mode all campaigns are publicly funded. All private funding of campaigns is totally prohibited. While campaigns may still be privately managed, there would be much stricter laws governing the use of campaign funds and campaign activity than in the Imperial Democratic mode.
