1. Stop forcibly expelling Palestinians from homes and villages through the West Bank.

2. Israeli police must crack down on settlers' violence against Palestinians.

3. A peaceful negotiated solution with Palestinians that gives them full rights as citizens.

4. Get rid of its Zionist philosophy and instead become one nation, one law, and one people. In addition, all Islamic supremacy components in governance must be removed.

5. Halt all immigration for the next seven years. After that, The Right To Return will be gradually extended to those who can prove at least of half of their antecedents were forcibly evacuated by the Zionist State Of Israel. It has to be capped at 100,000 per annum. No voting rights will be extended to these returnees until after the completion of seven years of their stay in that new nation.

6. From the date of Independence of this new nation, halt all national/central/federal elections for ten years and halt all municipal elections for five years. 7. All settlements presently deemed illegal must be deemed legal in the new nation provided it does not exceed a certain size.

China and India must provide assistance to this new nation in the establishment and maintenance of its administrative rule during this decade phase-in period. 10.The State of Israel, which is a nation, and the State of Palestine, which is still only an autonomous Republic, must merge to form a new nation with a new name that is neither Jewish, Arabic, or Islamic in character. Canaan would be a good choice. Hebrew and Arabic would be the national languages.
