Human Shields And The Proper Government Response To "Terror"

All need to understand the concept of human shields. If it is understood that a military has prior knowledge that a certain place has a large percentage of its people as civilians, the "Human Shield" argument "goes out the window" and becomes null and void.

Human shield argument can only be applied that if the attacking military had no way of knowing that a large percentage of civilians would be at a targeted location. In addition, that targeted location has to be a military target that is actively engaging in warfare.

There is a term called collateral damage. This means the intent was to solely cause harm to enemy military targets and civilians unintentionally get hurt. If a specific military target has a high number of civilians and is actively engaging in warfare, the other side has the right to defend itself and respond proportionately. The other side cannot engage in an overreaction and thus kill civilians en masse.

Government of India took care of its terrorism problem in four different states. Those states were Kashmir, Punjab, Assam, and Telangana (interior part of pre-2014 Andhra Pradesh) with a minimum of civilian casualties. If a third world power can do that, why not Israel?

How did the Central GoI do it? One thing they did not do is harm irrelevant civilians en masse and totally persecute them. That would have created a haven for "terrorism". It must be noted that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. There is a fine line.

The Government Of India invested in the terrorist affected areas by building productive employment training centers, hospitals, and infrastructure. They also instituted political reforms to make governance more representative. By doing this, they got the local population to turn against the "terrorists".

Of course Israel is not at all concerned about Hamas, an organization they helped to create to not only counter the Palestinian Authority, but to give the Palestinian cause a bad name. Israel knew by helping to create radical Islamic organizations such as Hamas, it would cause people worldwide to think less of the Palestinian cause as they would have perceived such cause as extreme.

Israel is known for helping to create IS aka ISIS/ISIL. They did this to counter Al-Qaeda and also give Muslims a bad name. Most people in the world do not realize that IS aka ISIS/ISIL is really anti-Islam. Proof of that is they are named after the Mesopotamian Pagan Goddess ISIS. They have traditions that contradict conventional Islamic Ideals.

Israel just wants Gaza for its oil and gas and also to build its own canal to rival the Suez Canal. That must be understood by all.
