Laws Which Target Boycott, Disinvestment, and Sanctions Against Israel Essentially Violate Free Speech

Laws are there to protect free speech, not infringe upon it. However, in the same of protecting people from irresponsible or even false speech, they in turn violate free speech.

Now anti-constitutional laws levied against Boycott, Disinvestment, & Sanctions(BDS) against Israel for its apartheid system have been vigorously passed. Anti-BDS laws either require government contractors to not boycott Israel or they require public sector investment funds to not associate with any entity boycotting Israel.

Laws which give preference to any race/ethnicity is racist. Yet Americans have to tolerate it because of the BAR "Attorney-Lobbyist" Regime. The BAR controls the access to the courts and lawmaking entities. Those who have closest access to the BAR have access to these government institutions. There is no question many Jewish and Zionist organizations and its supporters have just that.

The reason why entities boycott Israel is the same why entities

boycotted South Africa in the Seventies and Eighties. That reason is to protest apartheid policies. No nation should support another that discriminates against its citizens based on the race/ethnicity and/or religion.
