Representative Democratic Model- Selectable Offices Part Fifteen State Trial Court Judges-(Session One)

Representative Democratic Model- Selectable Offices Part Fifteen State Trial Court Judges-(Session One)

The U.S. and many other state constitutions have stated that no one holding an office of trust and profit should hold any office. It is high time all Americans realize that Attorneys At Law are indeed "Officers Of The Court". They are not "Counsel" as cited in the U.S. Constitution. The role of the Attorney At Law is to attorn. The word attorn means to transfer (something) to another. Plainly put, the role of the Attorney At Law is to transfer all client's matters to the courts for its disposal.

So obviously Attorneys At Law should not ever hold judgeship for those reasons cited. Even Counsel or any other participant in any branch of government should not be allowed to hold judgeship.

Cliff Notes Version: Attorneys At Law are not Counsel as cited in the U.S. Constitution. They are "Officers Of The Court" and they should be banned from holding judgeship. Even Counsel or any other participant in any branch of government should not be allowed to hold judgeship.
